This is actually huge for Hedera.
The CFTC’s Frontier Forum is on Super Intelligence and agentic AI systems that can research, decide, and trade on their own.
Hedera having a seat at the table makes sense.
Agents need cheap, scalable high-throughput settlement with built-in policy controls. Hedera’s hashgraph + new Agent Accounts and Agent Kit are built for this.
AI agents are going to take over more of finance and networks like Hedera, that can actually handle that level of volume at low cost are going to win.
🏛️ CFTC: Hedera Chief Policy Officer Nilmini Rubin will join the CFTC Innovation Task Force’s inaugural Frontier Forum on October 28.
The forum brings together government and industry representatives, including Hedera and Tempo, to examine autonomous AI trading, financial market infrastructure and the future of U.S. financial markets.
BREAKING: Bitcoin & Alts are pumping - Uptober is waking up.
ETF inflows, short covering and strong US earnings all fueling the move.
If momentum sticks, this could just be the warm-up.
Crypto's starting to show serious strength even now after a week of bearish news.
Bitcoin’s holding around $80 - 82k with inflation up with CPI almost 4%, the Fed hike, oil up from the Iran situation, and a strong dollar.
Higher lows every dip. Buyers stepping in like this usually means the market is building a new base, and for crypto it's often the setup before the next leg higher.
As long as those floors hold.
BREAKING: $850 BILLION added to US Stocks since yesterday's sell-off.
Investors rotated from Tech to other sectors.
The rotation into Crypto is going to catch everyone off guard - and it's gonna outperform literally everything in weeks, not months.
Its even holding value during sell-offs as seen yesterday.
Its coming.
BREAKING: 🇺🇸 $850 Billion added to US stocks since yesterday’s lows, despite both CPI and PPI much above Fed’s target.
Reasons:
1. Investors rotated their capital out of tech to health, defense and other blue-chip stocks.
2. Some jumped in to buy the dip from yesterday’s selloff, $CRWV is up 6% after erasing all losses.
Crypto’s holding up like a real asset.
Hot CPI: Gold -1.6%, Silver -3.4%, Bitcoin only -1.5%.
The market is pricing in the SEC & CFTC rulemaking delivering some clarity after the Clarity Act stalled.
Crypto is being legitimized in real time.
Crypto market is showing insane strength.
Since CPI came in:
Gold is down 1.6%
Silver is down 3.4%
Nasdaq is down 0.72%.
But Bitcoin is down just 1.5%, which in percentage terms is almost the same as gold.
Now compare their market caps. Gold is worth about $28.7T and silver about $3.2T, while Bitcoin is only about $1.7T.
Bitcoin is 17 times smaller than gold and 2 times smaller than silver, yet it is holding up better than both gold and silver.
BREAKING: Bitcoin is back above $83K, ETH is over $2,500 and Alts are waking up.
That dip to $81K was ugly. Asian stocks dumped, yields and the dollar jumped, and nearly $800M in longs got wiped out.
But spot buyers stepped right in and bought it.
Now we need a clean break of $84K for this bounce to get real legs.
And this week is loaded:
- September CPI on Wednesday.
- September PPI on Thursday.
- Fed Chair Warsh speaks Thursday.
- Q3 earnings season start this week.
Buckle up...
This is actually HUGE.
While the US couldn't pass thr Clarity Act, the UK is moving crypto from “lightly registered” to fully regulated (like banks).
Clearer rules & consumer protections attract bigger institutional money.
Ripple already has UK registration + EMI licence. Hedera & Aptos are part of the same compliance group expanding support here.
This is the kind of long-term legitimacy news that tends to matter more than short-term pumps.
Both Bitcoin and Alts have had brief breaks like this below the ascending line and it can go either way.
The bullish case depends on the reclaim and whether price holds above the line afterward.
A higher low or inverse head-and-shoulders confirmation would actually be very bullish.
#Altcoins
TOTAL2 has reclaimed a pattern that has been forming for almost 6 YEARS.
Now, the lower trendline of the pattern is being retested.
If you look closely, you'll also see an inverse H&S pattern here (yellow area).
I really have to say that Altcoins look incredibly bullish.🚀
This is a big deal if you've been using AI Agents like Grok Bot, Muse or Dot.
Hedera’s one of the few actually building for agentic payments because its cheap, fast, and scalable enough for AI.
Agents handle little purchases like data, paying a small invoice, or topping up a service, without you approving every charge.
Cards can't really do that. The fees eat anything small.
Powerful use case for Hedera here.
LATEST: 🤖 Hedera announced Agent Accounts, non-custodial spending accounts that let AI agents pay in HBAR or USDC within daily and per-transaction limits enforced by a smart contract.
Treasury tees up another buyback up to $6B tomorrow.
That's on top of $42B already taken in since 2026 crypto lows.
Treasury added more than $550B of net T-bills in July–August alone.
All Bullish.
This could be the most insane Alt Season yet.
Alts have clearly broken out of a long falling wedge.
But the thing to watch is a Golden Cross forming on the monthly MACD.
This played out in the 2021 and 2017 insanity.
Stay tuned, if the cross happens and flips green it's go time.
This is still living rent free in my head...
They nailed the top. According to the simulation today would be the bottom of the cycle.
If the rest comes true things are about to get very interesting.
Crypto's starting to look like 2021 all over again...
Here's why: ISM Manufacturing has now held above 54 for 3 straight months.
The last two times ISM moved into this range the gains were insane.
2017: ISM moved above 54 and eventually peaked at 60.8.
BTC: +1,800%
ETH: +17,000%
XRP: +48,000%
2020-21: ISM moved back above 54 and eventually reached 64.7, its highest level since 1983.
BTC: +480%
ETH: +1,100%
SOL: +14,000%
DOGE: +21,000%
2026: ISM has now printed 55.6, 54.6 and 54.5 over the past 3 months.
The macro backdrop is finally starting to look like the one Altcoins have been waiting for.
Hedera $HBAR doing what it does again.
Up 24% in 24 hours, #2 Gainer.
Last Crypto market we had in 2024 it 10x'd in a matter of weeks.
Still holding from that rally and added down low. 💪
HUGE: $1.8 trillion Franklin Templeton says Crypto is entering a new bull market.
- Institutional capital entering the market.
- BTC continues uptrend despite bearish catalysts like the CLARITY Act failure, higher U.S. interest rates and geopolitical uncertainty.
- Market is maturing, investors focus on fundamentals, adoption and long-term demand.
CFTC Chair Michael Selig on CNBC today: “It’s go time.” to Crypto market structure rules.
Yesterday in his Treasury Market Conference remarks, he said the CFTC is “committed to providing clear, principles-based rules” as markets shift toward tokenization, onchain finance, and 24/7 trading.
And in his Project Crypto remarks, he said staff is exploring rules to “codify a CFTC market structure for crypto assets using the agency’s existing authorities,” including a path for leveraged crypto trading on designated crypto asset markets.
The Clarity Act isn't slowing these guys down. Its go time!
