Still writing those monthly notes.
This month, it was a physical therapist who took an untraditional approach & got me back in the game when I was in my 20s.
- Write "Thank You" Notes.
- Show appreciation regularly.
- Pay it forward in how you operate & move in the world.
Every month I write a "Thank You" note or email to someone who has made my life better. It could be a veterinarian, a previous teacher, etc. Sometimes I get a response back and sometimes I don't, but it's a practice I highly recommend that keeps you grateful. #ThursdayThoughts
