Officially a Marathoner!
Those who know me know I'm not one to write much on social media, but today, allow me to share a little.
Yesterday, I took on the streets of New York City for my first-ever marathon, expecting nothing but hoping for the best.
For the first 20 miles, I felt better than I ever have in a race.
With just 10K to go, I genuinely believed I could hang with the leading pack all the way to the finish. But the marathon had other plans.
Around mile 23, while responding to a surge, my legs suddenly gave in. Everything I had heard about how unforgiving the marathon can be became a reality. The final 5K was one of the toughest battles l've ever faced. With 800 meters to go, l even found myself walking, but giving up was never an option.
I crossed the finish line in 2:10:01. It might not be the most impressive time to some, but knowing what I went through in those final miles, I'm incredibly proud of it.
The marathon humbled me, tested me, and taught me lessons I'Il carry into the next one. I came to New York hoping for the best and left with something even more valuable: experience and a whole new respect for the distance.
A huge thank you to the @nycmarathon my agent @hawimanagement, coaches @djritzenhein & @Ithweatt, and my sponsor @on_running for the continued support. Special shoutout to my teammates @hellenobiri, @joe_klecker & @ryanford_chevy who were out there racing alongside me. Proud of you all!
My first 26.2 miles. A lesson I'II never forget.
What an experience. What a city. What a race.
This is only the beginning.

“Being anti-data center is a LUXURY BELIEF.”
@mcmonaghan: “People like their Netflix movies... they like their same-day Amazon deliveries.”
But for the coal miner, Sheetrock hanger, or metal fabricator in Montana, “these data centers put dollars in your pocket.”

Bridger Aerospace is expanding into a new special-mission frontier: airborne geophysical surveying.
Today, Bridger announced a long-term Aircraft Services Agreement with @MetatekGroup (TSX: $MTEK.TO ), a global leader in airborne geophysical survey and sensor technology.
Bridger will modify, operate, and maintain a fleet of three Basler BT-67 turbine-converted aircraft, each configured to Metatek's specifications to support onboard sensor and mission equipment.
The agreement establishes long-term, year-round recurring work for Bridger to support Metatek's global customers and service offerings, diversifying revenue beyond wildfire operations and expanding international operating experience.
The first missionized BT-67 is expected to enter service in 2027.

Jalen Hurts should sue NFL for a Billion dollars in damages. Very clear what happened here. Covid vaccine is poison. Biggest scam in healthcare history. nfl.com/news/eagles-qb-jalen…

Your parents won’t see you grow old.
Your partner never knew you as a child.
Your kids will barely remember you young.
Even your closest friends only know parts of your story.
You’re the only one who lives every chapter.
Be kinder to the person who’s been there through it all.
You.

What could turn a GREAT market into an EXTRAORDINARY one?
Peace → Lower oil prices → Cooling inflation → Warsh rate cuts → AI acceleration
Michael Monaghan joined guest host Lauren Simonetti on Making Money with Charles Payne to talk about the powerful forces converging for US growth stocks:
→ AI is just beginning to drive productivity, job creation, and deflation
→ @AnthropicAI’s highly-anticipated Founder-Led Mega IPOs may debut in November
→ Founder Mark Zuckerberg’s ($META) Muse (#1 on the App Store) is off to a record start, with 1.8 million downloads (eclipsing 1.3 million for ChatGPT) in its first 12 days
→ Founder Dr. Brian Lian is developing preferred weight-loss treatments at Viking Therapeutics ($VKTX) with new data supporting monthly and every-other-week maintenance dosing and an oral formulation in development
The fundamentals are already powerful. Falling energy prices, cooling inflation and lower interest rates could add fuel.
Our Thesis: AI could be as transformative as electricity, and we’re still in the first inning.
Founders aren’t waiting for the perfect macro environment. They’re building it.

When is a falling stock a buying opportunity—and when is there more pain ahead?
The Wall Street Journal highlights our recent research, “Should You Implement a Stop-Loss Program?”, in its article “How to Tell Whether a Plunging Stock Will Keep Plunging.”
Our analysis finds that the size of a decline is only part of the story. How quickly it happens, how the stock performs relative to its industry, and what triggered the selloff all matter. The evidence also differs meaningfully between growth and value stocks—challenging the case for a one-size-fits-all stop-loss rule.

🚨 ELON MUSK ON SUCCESSION
“Succession is one of the toughest problems in history. It’s plagued kings, presidents, and CEOs forever.
I’ve already told the board who I recommend to take over if something happens to me unexpectedly. They know my picks.
The harder question is who should ultimately control the companies. These companies have enormous power, so it’s incredibly important. I want the stewardship to benefit humanity and help advance civilization. That’s the goal.”
