So, a lot of people ask me why I buy so many books. The truth is, I have a genetic disorder where my body doesn’t produce enough books of its own, so I have to supplement.
Listening to @VP @KamalaHarris’s #DNC2024 presidential nomination acceptance speech is making this Canadian emotional and hopeful. I cannot vote for her, but I’m sure as hell cheering for her!
Getting ready for @AIBeducation networking and graduation in Toronto later this week. #MBA #lifelonglearning #excited #HardWorkPaysOff
My office mate was really into the @whatsinsideslc College Conversations meeting. I think @gvollebregt has a new fan who’s #ProudToBeSLC.

Hint: If you worry less about what gay and trans people do in public and worry more about what YOU do in public, everyone will be better off, yourself included.

"We stand with all students, staff, & families in protecting all grounds under the Code. It is important to remember that the Code is the law in Ontario, & we have a moral & legal obligation to ensure that it is upheld."
Thank you Director Burra for this message to LDSB families.
The #outlanderkittens and Mamma Callie are “big kids” now. 8-weeks-old tomorrow and so adorable! #catsofinstagram #fostercats #fosterkittens
The Fraser-Mackenzie Clan is growing up. The not-so-wee ones will be 8 weeks old tomorrow, so we let them burn off some energy in the living room. Even Mamma Callie got in on their kitten antics. 😻#catsofinstagram #outlanderkittens #adoptdontshop #fostercats #fosterkittens
Teaching staples: Getting ready for the new academic year and losing my voice the first week, as usual. I'm looking forward to meeting the new cohort of #internationalbusinessmamagement students at @whatsinsideslc! #professorlife
Well, isn't this exciting? Only a few weeks until @brittlestar’s book arrives!
Our #fosterkittens needed names. The rescue uses themes, so here are the @Outlander_STARZ kittens. As you can see, they are a boisterous clan, especially Laird Jamie. @SamHeughan @caitrionambalfe @RikRankin
Unfortunately, there weren't any ginger female kittens, so @SkeltonSophie’s Brianna is represented by Mandy, her and Roger’s daughter. Lukie’s name is due to his staring habit; there was a horse named Lucas that Jamie won in a card game, so he fits in the Outlander kitten clan.
Welcome to the world, foster kitties! Callie, our wee foster cat (likely 6 months old), welcomed 5 kittens to the world today: 3 orange tabby & 2 black kittens. Callie did an amazing job & is taking good care of her wee ones.❤️#fosterkittens #adoptdontshop #spayandneuteryourpets
Our foster kitty, Callie watching the famous @PickliciousF before another rest. Callie’s kittens have been very rambunctious in her belly for the last few days, so she's a little tired.
I think our new foster kitty, Callie must be a theatre cat. Look at those eyes, she is the Cats poster. ❤️ This wee girl is a mama-to-be. She appears to be dreary to have her babies soon. #fostercat #adoptdontshop #rescuecats #spayandneuteryourpets
