$NET has a new AI infrastructure opportunity, but there's something investors need to understand about its pricing: an agent can stop using CPU while still costing money.
Cloudflare's Containers pricing charges for active CPU usage and provisioned memory time.
So when a coding agent is waiting for a model response, CPU charges may stop, but memory costs can continue if the container stays running.
That's an important distinction. More agent deployments don't automatically mean more revenue if customers optimize how long their workloads stay active.
Q3 revenue grew 39% to $782.5M, but GAAP gross margin fell from 74% to 71.2%.
Operating cash flow was $215.4M, while free cash flow came in at $82.1M after equipment and capitalized software investment.
Independent investor Verfahrenstechniker also highlights the need to look beyond growth and examine cash margins.
At $296, $NET trades around 219x management's full year adjusted EPS guidance of $1.35.
The real test is whether paid AI workloads can grow fast enough to offset customer optimization and infrastructure costs.
Can Cloudflare turn its agent infrastructure advantage into stronger cash generation?
$GLXY CEO after pushing back on Texas political uncertainty:
"I see a massive disconnect between where Galaxy trades and what I believe this company is worth.
That’s why I’m buying more stock, starting today."
Good vote of confidence to see colo executives calling out fundamental disconnects amid sector liquidations.
Then putting their own capital behind their statement.
$DDOG is benefiting from the growing complexity of AI agents, but not every agent action translates into revenue.
Datadog's Agent Observability product helps engineering teams monitor model calls and diagnose problems. Its annual Pro plan starts at $160 per month, including 100,000 LLM spans, with additional usage charged separately.
The important distinction is that model call spans are billable, while every tool, retrieval or workflow step isn't necessarily counted.
Q3 revenue grew 35% to $1.197B, and free cash flow increased to $250.6M. But FCF margin slipped from 24% to 21%. Stock-based compensation reached $237.2M, while diluted shares increased to 375M from 362M.
Emmanuel's November 4 interpretation highlights growing agent complexity and observability demand. That's an interesting demand signal, but activity still needs to translate into paid usage.
At $187.97, $DDOG trades around 68.6x the midpoint of its full-year adjusted EPS guidance.
The next test is whether paid usage and cash per share can keep growing after dilution. Is agent complexity enough to support this valuation?
$HUBS is growing its AI agent business, but are customers actually spending more?
Q3 revenue grew 17% to $947.6M, while non GAAP operating margin improved to 22.6%. However, Q4 guidance points to slower revenue growth of around 12%.
The interesting part is how HubSpot charges for its customer agent. One text based resolution uses 50 credits, and extra credits cost $0.01 each.
But subscriptions can include free credits, and customers may transfer unused seat value into credits.
That means more agent activity doesn't automatically mean a bigger bill.
Finsee raises the key question: is AI spending bringing in new customer money or simply replacing traditional call-center seats?
At $195.26, $HUBS trades around 14.4x the midpoint of its 2026 adjusted EPS guidance.
The next renewal numbers will matter more than the number of conversations its agents resolve.
Can HubSpot turn agent adoption into genuinely additional revenue without sacrificing margins?
$DOX has landed a major AI related contract, but its existing customer risk is the bigger story right now.
Amdocs announced an eight year agreement with AT&T for an agentic operating system.
That could deepen its role in customer operations and network services, but a long contract doesn't automatically mean higher revenue or better margins.
The bigger concern is the unresolved dispute with T-Mobile. Both companies have exchanged breach notices, and possible termination or legal proceedings remain on the table.
Management's FY2027 outlook now points to adjusted EPS falling 26 – 30% from FY2026's $7.41, putting the midpoint around $5.34.
At $39.74, $DOX trades at roughly 7.4x that projected EPS. Using the old earnings figure would make the stock look much cheaper than it really is.
Allday_stocks highlighted the customer dispute despite the new agentic contract wins. That's the right risk to focus on: new AI deals matter, but they may not offset damage to the existing customer base.
The next catalysts are the T-Mobile dispute resolution and the next operating update.
Can Amdocs protect its existing business while turning its new AI contracts into real cash flow?
$CRM wants to own more than the conversation.
It wants to own what happens after it.
Salesforce's proposed Cresta acquisition is about bringing voice agents and conversation intelligence into Service Cloud, connecting customer conversations with their history, workflows and actions.
The opportunity is bigger than selling speech automation. If customers can resolve more issues through Agentforce while staying inside Salesforce's ecosystem, that could strengthen platform spending.
But there's a catch.
Agentforce ARR has passed $1.5B, while its definition now includes AI offerings, Slackbot and Headless 360. The 7B cumulative Agentic Work Units measure activity, not 7B separately paid resolutions.
John Brewton sees the Cresta deal as a defensive move against disruption in the customer service delivery model. That makes sense, but the acquisition still has to prove its financial value.
At $227.48, $CRM is around 13.6x the midpoint of its full-year adjusted EPS guidance.
That figure also needs caution because the latest quarter included $2.53 per share from strategic investment gains.
The real test isn't how many agents Salesforce deploys. It's whether those agents bring in additional customer spending and stronger recurring cash flow.
Can Salesforce turn workflow ownership into actual shareholder value?
$NICE looks cheap at first glance, but the real question is whether AI growth is improving the economics.
AI ARR reached $392M, up 46% YoY, while management expects full year cloud revenue growth of around 12%.
That’s strong adoption, but profitability is moving in the opposite direction.
Non GAAP operating margin fell to 27% from 31.5%, and GAAP operating margin dropped to 15.3% from 22%.
At $93.95, the stock trades at roughly 8.4x the midpoint of its 2026 adjusted EPS guidance.
That looks interesting, but it only matters if NICE can turn AI adoption into stronger cash generation.
Finsee raises an important question: are customers spending more on AI subscriptions, or simply replacing traditional call center seats?
That distinction could decide whether $NICE is genuinely undervalued or just facing pressure on its existing business.
The next renewal numbers will be worth watching.
Can AI revenue grow without hurting the economics of the wider business?
