One thing I'd add to this: The Eagles don't travel with a hematologist. When traveling internationally, they rely on the league for the best hospitals/specialists. As noted here, the NFL worked with the Premier League and Jalen Hurts was evaluated at the Cleveland Clinic in London. He was then cleared to play. When Nick Sirianni referred to relying on "medical experts," that reference included the specialists in London.
