One of my favorite things about baseball is how much a player can change in the offseason The 78 mph sophomore can become the 86 mph junior… The 150-pound kid can show up 20 pounds stronger… The kid nobody was recruiting can suddenly have 10 schools calling… I’ve watched it happen over and over again Your development isn’t linear, and where you’re at today doesn’t determine where you’ll be a year from now A lot can change in 6 months when you stay consistent on the little things & stack the days

Recruiting tip: keep it simple

Mid-upper 80’s uncommitted RHP @CameronKline27 throwing in Jupiter this weekend

How to ruin an athlete… Coach the movement you WANT instead of the movement they actually HAVE. Two pitchers can have the exact same mechanical problem for completely different reasons. One might lack mobility. One might lack strength. One might just have terrible timing. Same visual. Different solution… That’s why copying drills from another pitcher rarely works. Diagnose first. Coach second.

A “nasty” pitch that doesn’t fit your fastball is just a cool TrackMan screenshot.. Pitch design should start with how your fastball moves, then build off it. If your FB rides: create vertical separation. If it runs: create horizontal separation. Then test it against hitters. Don’t chase movement numbers. Build pitches that play together.

The vision is bigger than building an elite training facility. I want to build an environment people want to be a part of. High standards. High energy. A place known for producing college players and developing young men along the way. The expectation is simple: when you walk through the doors, you work. You compete. You carry yourself differently. The people around you demand more from you. You become a product of the environment you’re in. We’re more than just technology & coaches. We’re building an environment where excellence becomes normal. I want to change the standard.
