-They moved up the hillside roads in Chin state to capture the town of Falam.
-The broke the siege on Htigyaing and Katha and seized control of Indaw.

I have just come back Myanmar 🇲🇲 where I spent two weeks traveling around the resistance-held territories of the Sagaing region. Its a remote region which no other foreign press has managed to visit since the start of the war five years ago.

When the Burmese military releases political prisoners it's public relations, not a sign of reforms. Everything the Burmese military does is about maintaining control. They release some political prisoners because they are under pressure. Thousands more remain in prison.

In 2025, the burmese junta airstrike on Mrauk U hospital killed 33 civilians. Other attacks in Rakhine & Sagaing killed 12 and 11 more.
These are deliberate strikes on medical facilities, systematic war crimes!
