I said this months ago. When Lorenzo Salgado Araujo was killed by ICE in Houston, the first thing many young Latinos did was call our fathers who just as easily could have been the one shot. That story rattled so many young Latinos in TX. Among many others.

She rallied support for the state’s abortion ballot measure (Yes on 6!) & dems like Rep. @SusieLeeNV. She was joined by @staceyabrams.
I had the pleasure of joining @staceyabrams and reproductive freedom advocates to make one thing clear: Our rights are not up for negotiation.
Question 6 passed with 64% of the vote in 2024. Now, it's time to finish the job and enshrine abortion rights in Nevada's constitution.

I'm guilty too, but what a damn shame that 3 CHILDREN got shot and killed yesterday and it's kind of barely news? Don't care if it feels performative, we all can't let events like this pass without loudly and publicly mourning and acknowledging that America can do better.
My heart goes out to Aurora, Illinois, in light of this shocking act of violence.

Americans are outraged by this planned mass shooting at a Hindu temple in Illinois.
