Be consistent in who you are and what you stand for. That way when people try to paint you as something else, it won't stick.

Some questions to consider as you develop in you career: What is your area of expertise? What unseen boundaries does it impose on you? How might you go past them?

To be radically open-minded, you need to be so open to the possibility that you could be wrong that you encourage others to tell you so. #principleoftheday

Hump day question! What book(s) from the last two years have positively influenced how you work, or how you think? 🤔📗📘📚📙📕
Leadership simplified: Hire good people. Give them the tools to succeed. Provide them the security to take calculated risks. Get out of their way. Let go of over-controlling. Trust them to do their job.

And it’s not the worst part about it… last year, a very “handy” feature allowed anyone to see private informations. Once you’d put your license plate on any of these “horodateurs”, anyone with the app could receive notifications about when and where you paid your park (1/2)

Darn right. With the caveat that there is a difference between IDEA FAILURE and IMPLEMENTATION FAILURE—at least from the point of view of the poor mis-executed IDEA. Idea: "It's not my fault!" :-)

Best designers to hire aren’t just the ones focused on quality of craft, although that’s important. They’re the ones that balance craft with making educated judgment calls on how to optimize their craft & process to drive for the right customers & business outcomes.

The term I've used most often so far this year as been 'cross functional teamwork'. And I reckon I'm going to be repeating it and repeating it for the rest of this year and beyond. True, respectful cross-functional collaboration is the secret sauce and its ridiculously rare.

Here are the three questions to use when conflicts arise: In this particular situation, should I push back or should I pull back? What will I gain, and what will I lose? If I decide to push back, what's the most effective way to do so?
