Exchanges, payment processors, marketplaces and merchants all accept stablecoin deposits, but each needs a different workflow.
Here is how each one runs its stablecoin operations on MPCVault: mpcvault.com/blog/stablecoin…
The OCC's final GENIUS Act rule now defines a private key as material held "in whole, in shares, or reconstructed ephemerally."
Regulators wrote split keys into the rulebook. We've built on exactly that idea: no single person holds the whole key 🔑

Our founder Jason @lxjhk on why the P-256 news matters. This is the curve behind passkeys and a lot of everyday logins, and the long-running question about where it came from finally has an answer.
so to explain a little bit more for everyone: bitcoin and ethereum avoided the traditional P-256 curve developed by NIST, because it was suspected that the NSA handpicked some kind of secret value when generating it, so they could build a hidden weakness into the curve and therefore, they could decrypt any communication that used this curve for ECDSA.
so bitcoin went and chose a different curve instead — the K1 curve (secp256k1), whose parameters looked transparently chosen, no mysterious NSA numbers attached.
but anthropic just found and proved that the old curve's seeds were actually generated at random. turns out it was just a 1990s random number generator seeded with the computer's clock — P-256's seed is literally the 1,842nd batch of random bytes after 1997-08-16 01:52:34. that proves the curve was secure all along, and there was never a backdoor.
and this actually matters, because while bitcoin and ethereum use the K1 curve, most other applications are still on P-256: passkeys, a huge share of HTTPS connections, SSH keys, sign in with apple and etc.
billions of signatures every day, on a curve that's now proven clean!
2/ On a screen or generated by a device you didn’t build. Everything you did after that was protecting a secret that had already been displayed once.
MPC wallets never have that moment. The key exists only as pieces, made separately, never joined.
3/ This is how MPCVault has worked since day one. If you want to see what setup looks like without a seed phrase, the app’s free to try 👇

@mpcvault’s business cards are unaffected by this incident.
All Card customers serviced by @mpcvault are also safe.
If you’re thinking about launching a card program, feel free to reach out to us. We’ve built an end-to-end solution that includes balance management, transaction authorization, virtual accounts, automated deposits and sweeps, and has already processed billions of dollars in payments.
Earlier today, Rain’s monitoring systems discovered a vulnerability impacting a small number of programs using an outdated version of our Solana contracts. Other programs were not impacted. Rain immediately launched an investigation to determine the full scope of the situation.
Our team has successfully upgraded all programs that were using the outdated version of the Solana contracts, which has resolved the situation. Rain is continuing to monitor the issue, has engaged third-party forensics experts to investigate, and will work with law enforcement and relevant regulatory authorities.
All affected users will be made whole. We’ve already begun the remediation process and are focused on delivering a swift and responsible resolution.

Ever since we started @mpcvault, users have asked us to build a consumer product. Today, I’m excited to announce that it’s finally here:
Altus @altushq: a new way to invest in U.S. stocks using USDC through a regulated U.S. brokerage.
Altus takes a different approach from most wallets. When DeFi first emerged, wallets were designed as general-purpose gateways to permissionless applications. That flexibility unlocked enormous possibilities, but it also introduced significant complexity, from managing keys and permissions to avoiding scams, phishing attacks, and malicious approvals.
But not everyone needs a wallet that connects to everything. Most people simply want a few essential things to work exceptionally well: sending and receiving stablecoins, investing in U.S. assets with USDC, and accessing markets such as perpetual futures and prediction markets.
Altus is purpose-built around those needs, offering a more focused user experience with a smaller risk surface. It gives users direct access to the products they want while abstracting away the underlying complexity.
The next phase of the platform will bring multiple financial venues into one unified experience, including platforms such as @HyperliquidX, @tradexyz and @Polymarket. Our long-term goal is to enable portfolio margin across these venues and the U.S. stocks held on Altus so users can hold cash and securities in a brokerage account while also taking long or short positions in on-chain markets, all with a simple tap.
Wherever cryptography is required, Altus is powered by the same multi-party computation technology that has underpinned @mpcvault for the past several years. On top of that foundation, we’re building layers of abstraction that make moving money between trading venues more efficient and, ultimately, invisible to the user.
Our vision is to bring finance on-chain. Altus is the next step toward making that vision available to everyone.
