Sci-fi spent decades warning us about AI that wanted to take over.
Nobody wrote the version where it just wants to help you clean out your inbox. 🤣

Companies who fail to create platforms for agents will not survive this next period.
Old economies will die. New economies will be born.
Those who stay on the old economy will struggle. Those who adapt will not.
Today we announce 1Password for Agents platform, building with companies @Muse, SpaceX Super Intelligence Grok @Bot, @AnthropicAI’s @Claudeai, @OpenAI, @TownAI, @Browserbase, @Browser_use, @heydana_ai, Instinct, @usekernel, @Perplexity_ai, @tryramp, @Tomo, and @wajo_ai, with more integrations on the way. 🎉
We've heard from so many of our customers who want to use these new personal AI agents to help them get more done, but want more control over what the agent can access with the same trust and ease of use they get when using 1Password directly.
1Password for Agents gives your agents access without giving up your passwords. When an agent reaches a sign-in form, it requests a credential from your vault. If you approve the request, 1Password directly auto-fills the credential in the destination site so the agent can’t see or take possession of the credentials.
The agent gets the task done, but it doesn’t get your passwords..
You stay in control. 1Password for Agents free and optional for personal and family accounts. Unless you opt-in to an agent connector, agents cannot touch your vault.

Elon Musk on Grok Bot: "We're seeing the fastest growth of a product that I've ever seen in my life. I've never seen anything growth this fast. The usage of Grok Bot per user actually has been growing over time. They are using it more per week, not less. Enterprise Grok Bot will be in wide deployment in a few weeks. I think Grok Bot will use most of SI compute."
A ton of innovative potential here. I like both ideas - having a daily newspaper printed out and having a daily brief.
Using high tech to bring more low tech touches into our daily lives.
I’ll be thinking on this more.
In an interesting turn of events, my phone was swallowed by the earth last night.
We were at game night at our church and my oldest daughter asked if she could use my phone to take “an aesthetic photo of the moon”.
A while later she came back in covered in grass stumbling over her words telling me something about how she had fallen and my phone fell into the ground. I pieced it together that there was a huge crack in the ground from the hot dry summer. I mean massive. It’s at least 6 inches wide in places and probably 3 feet deep at least. The whole crack runs about 20 feet in length.
Anyways, she tripped in the crack, my phone went flying and is now somewhere in the earth.
After a large search party failed to locate it (it’s so deep it lost signal), a guy said he’d bring his metal detector and fiber optic camera this morning so we can try to locate it before I seek out a replacement phone.
This one is one for the story books and has been a great lesson for my daughter that I really do love her and won’t hate her when she accidentally drops my phone into the depths of the earth. 😅
Alas, the Gates of Hades seem to have begun to close here in North TX as the rains of Autumn make their first appearance.
Not to say we’re completely out of the fire, as Texas is often to remind us, but this is a welcome break from the infernal Summer of 2026.

If you call the Saints "dead people" you deny the ressurection and the Gospel itself.
"'I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’ He is not the God of the dead, but of the living. You are badly mistaken!”

So here's a crazy stat: Starship's upcoming 14th test flight next week, which will deliver 26 @Starlink V3 satellites to orbit for the first time, will increase the entire Starlink constellation capacity by 3%.
It would take 10 Falcon 9 launches (277 V2 satellites) to add that same amount of capacity.
Future Starship launches will eventually carry up to 60 next-gen Starlink V3 satellites, adding ~61,000 Gbps of network capacity in a single launch. That means each Starship launch will be able to deploy roughly as much Starlink capacity as 23 Falcon 9 launches combined - equivalent to about 640 V2 satellites.
I know, I know. Samsung had one first.
But @Apple makes it FEEL like theirs is first in class.
This will change the direction of their products for the next decade or two at the least.
Take note of the matte screen.
