On at least three confirmed measures, Ilhan Omar actually cast the deciding vote: H.R. 1187 — ESG Disclosure Simplification Act: Legislation that forced publicly traded companies to adopt ESG-specific policies. H.R. 1377 — Public Safety Legislation: Legislation that proposed $2 billion in federal funding for “community violence prevention,” ultimately aimed at providing funding for homeless populations in blue states. H.R. 713 — Resolution to Censure Ilhan Omar: Legislation that aimed to formally censure Ilhan Omar and remove her from the House Education and Workforce Committee and Budget Committee. What’s more, Ilhan Omar served on the House Foreign Affairs Committee from January 2019 until February 2023, a committee with significant national security oversight responsibilities. Specifically, while serving on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Ilhan Omar served on the Subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, Global Human Rights, and International Organizations, on which she personally green-lit approximately $40 billion in aid to sub-Saharan Africa, with approximately $4.7 billion going to Somalia, Ilhan Omar’s home country. 🚨BREAKING: Democrats Stand to Lose 2-5 U.S. House Seats Over DOJ Crackdown in California. Los Angeles election officials recently admitted in federal court that they have no independent way to verify the citizenship status of California voters -- they simply take voters at their word. Federal law restricts voting in federal elections to citizens only, yet California recently mailed ballots to roughly 20,000 people that federal records flag as likely noncitizens and refused to comply with the DOJ’s requests to set those ballots aside. The DOJ sued, then expanded the action to all 58 California counties. The DOJ’s letters demand that California election officials work with the DOJ and DHS to confirm citizenship, segregate -- not cancel -- any unconfirmed vote-by-mail ballots, and leave them untabulated until eligibility has been verified. The DOJ has warned that any election officials who knowingly count these ballots will face criminal liability. The 9th Circuit Court has ordered California to respond to the DOJ’s emergency appeal seeking to keep those ballots set aside. California’s honor system and universal mail-ballot regime are now under direct federal pressure. As a consequence, the Democrats could potentially lose 2–5 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives relative to pre-enforcement expectations -- enough to offset some of Prop 50’s Democratic gains and improve the GOP’s odds of holding or expanding its House majority. In several competitive Central Valley and Southern California districts, a few hundred to a couple thousand votes can often decide the outcome of an election. Democrats are panicking because their structural edge in California depends on minimal verification and high-volume mail voting. Statewide notices put every registrar on formal notice of legal risk and threaten the margins that Prop 50 was manufactured to protect. 🚨The former Minister of Information of Somaliland alleges that Ilhan Omar shared classified intelligence – which she gained access to while serving on the Foreign Affairs Committee – with Somalian leaders. This leaked classified intelligence ultimately led to the Las Anod conflict in 2023 between Somalia and Somaliland, leaving 210 civilians dead and approximately 680 civilians wounded. It is worth noting that Ilhan Omar’s father, Nur Said Elmi, was a colonel in the Somalian National Army and personally helped facilitate the genocide of the Somaliland people in the late 1980s, during which some 200,000 civilians were killed. Ilhan Omar appears to have leveraged her position on the Foreign Affairs Committee by leaking classified intelligence in order to perpetuate a blood feud against the people of Somaliland. 🚨California State Democrats Caught With NO WAY OUT: • Federal prosecutors led by U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli have confirmed that at least 20,000 noncitizens are on California voter rolls and were mailed ballots for the 2026 midterms, based on matches against DHS and USCIS records, with the number described as a floor that is expected to rise. • The Department of Justice filed suit demanding that California sequester (not cancel) those ballots until citizenship can be verified, after the state refused a 48-hour demand to do so and continued processing mail ballots, including in Los Angeles County where hundreds of thousands have already been handled. • The DOJ has warned county officials statewide that knowingly counting ballots from individuals identified by federal records as noncitizens risks making them aiders and abettors to a federal crime under statutes prohibiting noncitizen voting. • California Democratic officials, including Attorney General Rob Bonta and Secretary of State Shirley Weber, have resisted the request, called the evidence insufficient, and continued normal ballot processing while the case moved to the 9th Circuit on an emergency basis. • On October 26th, the 9th Circuit held arguments on the DOJ’s request for an emergency order requiring sequestration, with a decision expected imminently as Election Day approaches and ballots continue to be returned and tabulated. • In parallel, the DOJ has already charged dozens of individuals from the list with noncitizen voting or registration offenses, demonstrating that the problem is real and ongoing rather than theoretical. ➡️If the 9th Circuit grants the DOJ request: • California will be ordered to sequester the flagged ballots and hold them un-tabulated until citizenship is verified, preventing potential noncitizen votes from being counted in the midterms. • This protects the integrity of citizen ballots in competitive Central Valley and Southern California House districts, where margins are often only a few hundred to a couple thousand votes, and could realistically shift 2–5 seats toward Republicans by removing invalid votes. ➡️If the 9th Circuit denies the DOJ request: • The flagged ballots will continue to be processed and tabulated alongside citizen ballots, giving Democrats the short-term benefit of any noncitizen votes that are returned in close races. • The DOJ will immediately pivot to criminal prosecutions of noncitizen voters already identified, grand-jury subpoenas for election records, and potential charges against officials who knowingly count ballots from individuals flagged by federal databases as noncitizens. • Republican candidates in the tightest House races can file formal election contests with the U.S. House of Representatives. Under Article I, Section 5 of the Constitution, each House is the sole judge of the elections, returns, and qualifications of its own members—a power that belongs exclusively to the House itself. • That final decision is made by a simple majority of the House members present and voting. It is both a legal and political process controlled by the House, not by the courts, the DOJ, or the certified results from California. • With the House currently composed of 218 Republicans, 214 Democrats, 1 Independent, and 2 vacancies, Republicans hold a slim majority capable of refusing to seat a Democrat who benefited from invalid noncitizen ballots or ordering a new election limited to citizen votes when a contest is proven. What the DOJ is asking of California is unprecedented. Nowhere else has a state been asked to segregate ballots based on what name is on the ballot. Other states have sequestered all ballots based on time, or based on incomplete or incorrect dates on the envelopes. Never has a state been asked to create an entirely new system to cross check the citizenship status of 20,000 names across 16,000,000 ballots just days before an election. California AB 60 licenses issued to illegals do not come with any kind of voter registration, in fact the DMV systems specifically prevent this from occurring. Every state is filled with every kind of fraud. That's completely unrelated to the issue at hand. The evidence of illegal voting rests on 73 confirmed cases over 30 years of elections and over 1 billion votes cast. Arrests and charges mean nothing and cannot be considered proof until prosecution takes place.
