INTERVIEW WITH MANAGER WORKING AT COWBOY’S SMOKEHOUSE:
Diligent says Ralph “can’t know one way or the other” because he wasn’t at Cowboy Smokehouse that night.
So I spoke to the manager who was there that night filling in for Ralph Perkins.
He had stopped in for a Coke and to check on the restaurant. It wasn’t packed, and he remembers getting a good look at the customer. He was sitting alone, where the restaurant typically puts customer’s who come in solo.
“I just don’t think it was him based off of what I saw. And I got a good look” says the manager.
I asked what the man was wearing.
“He was wearing a red, white, and black hoodie, kind of gothic styled type thing.”
He also remembered dark jeans and white sneakers.
I asked whether the man had a hat on or seemed to be trying to hide his face.
“No, he wasn’t wearing a hat. He wasn’t covering his face. I mean, to me, he wasn’t trying to hide himself at all, whoever this individual was” the manager said.
The Dairy Queen image being circulated shows a maroon short sleeved shirt and a black cap. Tyler was seen wearing these clothes at a Dairy Queen in Orem, UT at 6:38 PM on September 10, 2025.
When I asked the manager if that matches the description of the man eating at the restaurant he said “I don’t think the guy’s facial structure that I saw matches.”
He also brought up the Gabby Petito case. He says he was at the restaurant when Petito and Brian Laundrie came in, although he wasn’t their server. When investigators later called, the restaurant pulled its records to help establish their movements.
I asked him about identifying the couple in that case:
“Oh yeah, no, absolutely. I mean, it was easy.”
So what was different this time? What made anyone think this customer might have been Robinson?
“The guy’s head shape was similar. I don’t think he had the same features. I think his nose was different and all of that.”
He also questioned the route itself, and I asked him if Diligent would know about it.
“If you’re driving from Salt Lake to St. George, Panguitch is not really, like, on the way.”
He talked through the mountain crossings and the longer alternatives through Zion or toward Colorado City.
And there’s another detail people keep getting wrong: the receipt shows payment at 9:47 p.m., not 8:55. 8:55 was when the order was entered.
If someone is trying to build a timeline from Panguitch, 9:47 is the time they have to work from.
I also asked whether the customer had a cellphone out.
He told me the customer was scrolling on his phone. The customer had his cellphone out and was using it.
I asked because if phone location or activity records exist, those could actually help test whether Robinson was there instead of leaving the whole thing to memory and blurry images.
Then I asked what the employees themselves are saying now:
“I’ve had a chance to talk with all of them.”
About the female employee:
“And the lady, she just told me basically the same thing I told you, that we saw him, we just don’t think it was him.”
And about the young man whose interview Diligent keeps reposting:
“I think he has some big regrets on how what he said was taken out of context.”
Ralph had already told me that employee was mortified and unhappy with how the interview was edited.
Now the manager is telling me the same “headless” employee has regrets, the female employee doesn’t think it was Robinson, and he personally got a good look at the customer and doesn’t think it was him either.
Then he described what all of this has done to the people who work there:
“We’re being harassed constantly on this issue, and I just don’t understand why that makes sense.”
The manager who was there says he got a good look at the customer and doubts it was Tyler Robinson.
And the employees Diligent keeps pointing to are not telling the same story he keeps selling to his audience.
When they can’t manipulate AI they block me every time.

🚨🚨🚨Just got out of the Tyler Robinson hearing and got my phone back — here are some quick takeaways
No trial date was set — Judge Graf has scheduled another hearing on Nov. 9 where we expect a ruling.
After hearing arguments from both sides and Erika Kirk’s lawyer, he said he had initially planned to set a date today but needed more time to unpack the “data points” they’d all shared.
Kirk’s attorney Jeffrey Neiman was fiery speaking on behalf of Erika — saying justice delayed is not justice for the Kirk family.
Both sides had agreed that a trial over holidays (in 2027) wouldn’t be the best for jurors and witnesses.
Neiman countered that Charlie Kirk won't be able to spend Christmas with his family.
A real man cherishes a woman who can provide for his children and has ambition.
It’s truly mind boggling how the internet has tried to dissect a dead man’s relationship as if they had any knowledge of it.

Here is the entire chat where @leahfiles pretends to care about people spamming my dead mother. Pretending to care about anyone but herself.
Saying she hates Candace Owens and Baron Coleman. She just wants to make her videos, and write her articles.
Which is why I never re-published my work on her career. I thought she was a genuine person who understood what I had been through, given her own traumatic past, and I saw no reason to.
People on this platform choose greed over authenticity more often than not.
Here is that entire conversation. Yes, I am threatening to sue you Renn, for defamation and libel. I’m asking you to stop lying and take down a factually libelous, and dangerous tweet.
You are a smear merchant.

Must be how they roll in Seattle.
How else will @billiewebbb pay her warrants if not lying for clicks and living with @DiligentDenizen
Confirmed: @billiewebbb was has 2 open cases in Utah.
Recently Billie Renee Webb, trespassed on UVU Campus to obtain footage that was shared by self proclaimed Charlie Kirk investigators.
She was approached at the 4th district court house on 9-2-26 and cited for Criminal Trespass.
She has a second pending case for Assault that stems from Oct. 31, 2025 out of Salt Lake City, UT.
Orem City — #261900836: Criminal Trespass — Notice Against Entry, from the Aug. 31 incident at UVU.

Renn Leah Files Pfeiffer is the biggest fraud on this platform.
She’s convinced an audience of idiots she’s just following the money.
But her motive is payback for uncle Larry Pfeiffer losing his security clearance. She comes from a family that openly supported locking you in your home during Covid-19. Her brother in law wants to see Snowden behind bars.
She’s a glorified project manager who has repeatedly lied about her credentials.
She continued to tell her audience the Shawn Ryan episode was going to drop any day. That was until I confirmed she was the air head talking about a polygraph the entire time and it got shelved.
Read the story. 👇

ANA ESCOBAR IS A BIMBO WITHOUT A BRAIN PART 1:
@AnaEscobarShow dates don’t support the connection she’s suggesting. She is relying on Grok and the ignorance of her audience to trust her bro.
She posted an NSA security warning alongside claims about Google, military systems and emergency banking meetings. She then put that warning at the end of a timeline beginning with a October third video.
But the warning concerned security flaws in PHP software used to run websites.
The people fixing those flaws published their own timeline:
July 30: Their investigation began.
August 11: A serious flaw was reported, and fixing it became a top priority.
August and September: Other researchers reported additional ways to exploit it.
October 21: The fixes were released.
That work was underway well before her junk video.
October 21st was when the fixes became public. It wasn’t when researchers first discovered the problem.
The NSA warning does not confirm her propaganda Fort Huachuca guest list, her claim about emergency banking meetings, or any connection to her imaginary investigation.
Putting events in date order doesn’t establish that one caused the next.
Correlation is confusing air head. *pats you on the head*
We follow @IntCyberDigest in the industry to make fun of them. Using them as a source would be comical to anyone with experience in Cybersecurity.
The researchers’ timeline is here:

PART 2: READ YOUR OWN SCREENSHOT.
@AnaEscobarShow says Google announced “grounding systems fixes and new compliance policies” two days after her video.
Look at the notice she attached:
“COMPLIANCE UPDATE: PII AUTHORIZED.”
PII means personally identifiable information—information that identifies a person.
The notice says GenAI.mil is now authorized to process that information for approved purposes, subject to security rules and proper labeling.
There’s an actual policy history here. The Navy’s January 28 memo said personal information was NOT permitted on the platform.
Her screenshot describes permission to use a category of information that was previously prohibited.
Where does it say Google fixed the problem she claims to have discovered?
Where does it mention Google Trends exposing military visitors?
Where does it connect the change to her video?
It doesn’t.
The message beneath the notice says: “Just thought the timing was interesting.”
Interesting timing is the connection being offered. The notice itself supplies none.
If there’s a separate Google announcement about “grounding systems fixes,” link it. Let people read what was changed and why.
A permission notice doesn’t validate your alleged guest list.
January 28 Navy memo:
doncio.navy.mil/ContentView.…
.@AnaEscobarShow, Google Trends is not a Fort Huachuca guest list.
Someone searching your name doesn’t put you in the building. It doesn’t identify who searched, which computer they used, or why.
And with those isolated spikes on searches with little or no interest, Google explicitly warns:
“These apparent one-off spikes should not be interpreted as real search activity or evidence of individual searches.”
You still need evidence connecting a search to a military system, and that system to an actual visitor. The chart doesn’t supply those connections.
This video walks through Google’s own explanations.
A spike is not a sign-in.

Diligent Denizen keeps dragging out that “headless waiter” interview. @justaspryguy Ralph Perkins, the owner who gave him the receipt.
Here’s what Ralph told me per our authorized interview. That’s what you obtain as an accredited member of the press, Alfred.
Diligent showed up wearing what Ralph described as a Gateway Pundit press badge. Ralph gave him the merchant receipt, “thinking he’s a real reporter” who would check whether the story had any legitimacy.
Instead, Ralph says Diligent recorded conversations with his staff without their knowledge. While Ralph was back in the kitchen, Diligent took the headless employee from his video next door into the banquet room for the interview he’s been circulating ever since.
Ralph’s description? “It’s edited to high hell.”
The employee later told Ralph, “Well, I’m mortified,” and said, “He edited that video so bad, that’s not even really how the conversation went.”
Ralph confronted him about things he’d said, including who contacted Candace Owens, the supposed voice recognition, and who reported the original information to the FBI.
Ralph’s words: “There’s so much of that that’s not true.”
And apparently Diligent still can’t leave the headless young man from the video alone. Ralph says he’s tried contacting him through Facebook and LinkedIn. The employee isn’t responding.
When Diligent returned to the restaurant with Billy Webb, Ralph’s instructions were clear: “No recording, no talking to people. You’re welcome to eat, but that’s it.”
On September 7, Ralph told Diligent directly, in writing: “Tyler Robinson did not eat here. We have the proof now.”
This was due to confirmation Ralph received from @mikerreports who conducted a thorough investigation. Mike interviewed several employees and sourced the receipt as not belonging to Tyler Robinson. A FOX News national correspondent confirmed this with me. My own source confirmed what Mike’s sources had told him.
Yet Diligent is still posting the old interview and insisting that because Ralph wasn’t there that night, he couldn’t know.
Ralph doesn’t need to have been standing at the counter in 2025 to examine his restaurant’s payment records afterward.
The original identification was uncertain. The employee later disputed how the interview was presented. The restaurant owner directly corrected Diligent. Telling him they would not be providing any new information.
Diligent continued to press the owner for information and again had to be told no new information would be released, and he did not trust Diligent.
Diligent has been instructed by family that if he continues to harass or intimidate them a restraining order will be obtained. Diligent and Billie Webb have both acted unethically for clicks.
Your receipt is debunked. You posted a secret recording that has left a young man mortified due to your deceptive ways, and he refuses to speak to you.
