I don't talk about the brand very much because I like to treat this account as a safe space to talk about oral health...
BUT, I have been working on a new product for the last year and a half... and it's ready.
We have a few tucked away to give away for our top creators but I begged @CalvinandNOBS to let me give some away to the X family.
What is it?
It's a microbiome balancer disguised as a breath mint. It looks and tastes like a breath mint but it's much more.
Why did I make it?
There is so much time for things to go wrong during the day between your morning and evening routine, and I found a cool way to make it an opportunity for things to go right.
Ok so what does it actually do though?
We call the formula FloraShift, and the name is very intentional.
So many of us are walking around with an imbalance. The same type that can make you have IBS, acid reflux, a yeast infection can also happen in the mouth. This presents as bad breath, gum disease, cavities. We're even finding oral bacteria implicated in cancer, dementia and heart attacks. Oral dysbiosis causes a LOT of problems.
Now, a mint won't solve that by itself but it *can* help nudge you in the right direction.
FloraShift a symphony of ingredients chosen with the goal of restoring balance... encouraging the commensal and symbiotic bacteria, while curbing harmful bacteria.
Not just thinking about what we can get rid of (like most products that just sterilize).
Thinking about what we actually want to thrive:
Xylitol: Starves cavity causing bacteria, stimulates saliva
Beta-cyclodextrin: Plant-starch that will trap odor but more importantly impacts bacterial communication (quorum-quenching activity), interfering with bacterial chemical signaling. That communication can coordinate behaviors like biofilm formation. Basically a signal jammer for the bad bacteria.
Magnesium citrate: Competition within the biofilm. Helping the bacteria we want hold their ground, and makes it harder for the pathogenic bacteria to hold on.
L-arginine: Put useful bacteria to work. Certain mouth bacteria use it to produce acid-neutralizing compounds. Research also shows effects on biofilm structure and competition between health-associated and cavity-associated bacteria.
Potassium bicarbonate: Buffer acid directly. A separate approach to acidity that doesn't depend on bacteria processing an ingredient first. It complements the bacterial route behind arginine.
Potassium nitrate: The oral/systemic connection. Provides nitrate that certain mouth bacteria convert into nitrite, part of a pathway your body uses to make nitric oxide. Nitrate is also being studied for its effects on oral microbial communities.
Zinc acetate: Odor chemistry and biofilm activity. Binds sulfur compounds involved in bad breath rather than just covering them up. Zinc also has laboratory evidence for antimicrobial and anti-biofilm activity.
Peppermint + spearmint oils: More than the mint taste. They bring the flavor and aroma, but also have laboratory research behind their antimicrobial and anti-biofilm effects.
So when I say FloraShift, I'm talking about the whole approach...What bacteria eat. How they communicate. How they compete. The biofilms they live in. The compounds they produce.
That's what we @nobsroutines wanted to account for when making this. Not just some generic probiotic and calling it a day.
Anyway, I have 20ish (maybe more) to give away. All I ask is that you comment with something that has helped your oral health, or even a problem you're currently struggling with. A share would be cool but not a requirement.

Literally one of the most underrated compounds.
KPV is typically sold in 250mcg-500mcg capsules and is on the expensive end
In the disease/longevity world KPV is known for a wide range of potent effects and if often used by functional and naturopathic doctors in disease therapy.
From autoimmune to cancer.
I’ve personally seen this change so many lives, it actually changed my life when I was in my own battle.
So I decided that we would not only release the highest doses KPV on the market but we would actually sell it for the price other companies sell 250mcg for, so that everyone that actually needs it can afford it
*research use only not for humans*

3 MG!
Enteric-coated and containing sodium caprate. Research has shown that enteric-coating can help prevent molecular degradation from the acidity of the gut, while caprate can increase intestinal permeability.
What this means? ⬆️⬆️ bioavailability.
Soon. Props to my man Taylor at @TAGS_Label_Co for the badass labels.

Is there anyway to read this OTHER than lobbying against innovation?
AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile are jointly lobbying the FCC to preserve existing rules as @SpaceX moves closer to launching its own independent cellular network that would compete directly with the three major U.S. carriers.
On Oct 20th, reps from all three major U.S. wireless carriers met with FCC officials to push back against proposed changes that would give satellite companies more freedom to offer cellular service.
The carriers urged the FCC to:
• Block satellite companies from using certain 5G frequencies currently used by wireless carriers.
• Keep rules requiring satellite companies to get permission from wireless carriers before using their licensed spectrum.
• Allow wireless carriers to maintain control over these agreements, including the ability to end them.
• Reconsider proposed interference limits to protect existing cellular networks.
Based on all the public communications from these carriers, and the lobbying, they are clearly worried that SpaceX's @Starlink Mobile network is going to be a major competitor to them. Starlink Mobile will become the first network operator to deploy both satellite and terrestrial spectrum.
The FCC recently announced that they are considering new rules that could make it easier for satellite companies like SpaceX to offer cellular service without relying as heavily on existing wireless carriers, so this is partly what the three big carriers are fighting against.

I was always curious why people would report fat loss or feeling like they stopped gaining fat on KPV…
New 2026 study shows that it suppresses fat cell accumulation…

AI is trained on NPC doctor data
It’s protocols suck and it’s way too risk averse to actually fix a complex issue
Shit data in, shit protocols out

Forty years ago a kid beat me 6-0, 6-0 in junior tennis. He went on to play fifteen Wimbledons. He doesn't remember the match.
I sent him this week's Old Man Coffee before I posted it, because he's in it.
His review: "Man, I'm waiting for those two calls, brother."
You'll see.

Everyone wants to deploy AI agents in oil and gas.
Almost nobody does the boring part first.
12,000 land and title docs. Scanned, handwritten, never linked.
We turned them into one graph:
- every well tied to its lease
- every lease tied to its tracts
- every answer traced back to the page it came from
The trick is you solve the data problem before the agent ever touches it.
Agents are easy. Trust is the hard part. teapaw.org/FracSlap/status/210611…
If we get thrusters around the vehicle, that’ll help with acceleration (obviously), but also vehicle stability and rapid deceleration.
Suction to ground (existing Tesla patents) will improve tire performance.
Tonight will be interesting for sure…
My man @trinity2pointO gave me the same advice two months ago.
- way more energy during the day
- accelerated fat loss
- better recovery.
Can't believe I ignorantly avoided Zone 2 for so long
