Incredibly emotional watching this because I’m painfully aware that “the good old days” are right now.
At 42 I have a perfectly imperfect life with a wonderful wife and two great kids. I don’t long for my younger years. I want to freeze time right now.

This is a better way to visualize Columbus’ voyages than the traditional way (that shows him traveling through a modern map)..
It looks a lot crazier and more daring when you see it as a trip into the unknown.

Every year, I share this video of French caretakers who take sand from Omaha Beach in Normandy, and scrub them into the letters to give them the gold coloring.
They do this for all 9,386 US soldiers who died.
France also gave us this land as American soil. #MemorialDayWeekend

you need to be delusionally optimistic
negative thinking poisons your brain and leads to congitive decline
whereas positive thinking, and gaslighting yourself into thinking everything is amazing, ACTUALLY makes your life amazing too.
you must be a silly goose

It is time for the United States Postal Service to ban junk mail.
Unsolicited spam calls are already prohibited by the FCC. Emails are heavily regulated by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Junk mail is the majority of mail, 100 million trees per year. Enough!

There has never been a better time to build from your heart. Slop doesn’t stand a chance against soul.

“If it doesn’t work universally, then it ‘works’ by selection effects” is not true and not good even as a heuristic.

I’m hiring a Right Hand to work alongside me at Sudowrite. Our company is full of uniquely wonderful and kind people that you can’t help but love.
It's also profitable. (We're weird!) And we do it making creative tools for artists, not B2B SaaS.
This is an incredible role for someone who’s done ops, exec support, been a chief of staff, or worn a lot of hats at a startup.

Hello, Moon. It’s great to be back.
Here’s a taste of what the Artemis II astronauts photographed during their flight around the Moon. Check out more photos from the mission: nasa.gov/artemis-ii-multimed…
