Hey @grok, if a non-software SMB with under 30 employees could only set up five @bot teammates to help run the business, which five should everybody have? Rank them, tell me what each one does every day, and pick the one that saves the most time or money. No generic answers.

GrokBot vs Viktor @grok Compare @bot vs @viktor_com for SMB with under 50 employees in a non-digital business.

I asked @grok to compare @hyperagentapp vs @GrokBot
Both deliver persistent agents with browser/shell, memory/skills, multi-agent handoffs, and triggers for real autonomous work. Hyperagent: Multi-model + ChatGPT sub option, live deliverables that stay current, team workspaces. Credits (plan $20+ becomes spendable + bonus) expire unused at period end; complex runs drain fast—set budgets. Grok Bot (bot): xAI-native, all Bots share one cloud computer for context, sign into any tools like a human, watch-once routines, desktop/iOS. Bundled in X Premium ($30+) and higher with weekly usage. Hyperagent favors model flexibility and team outputs; Grok Bot favors deep tool access in the xAI stack.

"A modern consumer product has to work as a screenshot. The screenshot has to fly through group chats." Striking insight from @alexandr_wang on @FoundersPodcast with David Senra. This isn't just for B2C anymore. The exact same rule applies to modern B2B software—If your product isn't inherently shareable, your growth loops are broken.

🚀 This is what Product-Led Growth (#plg) actually looks like. I asked #instinct for an invite code link and a message why someone should sign up. 👉 Image 1: This app is so genuinely awesome and magical that I’m out here writing my own sales pitches to get my contact to sign up. 👉 Image 2: What Instinct drafted. It’s... fine. But it completely misses why this app is so special. There are zero referral credits or rewards. Just a magical app that makes me want everyone around me to use it. When the product is this great, your users become your marketing team entirely by choice. @noahrshinn @BenSchwerin

I think “custom business software” is about to become the norm. It’s already happening. From the small sample of businesses I’m seeing, founders are using Lovable and similar tools to build software around how their businesses actually work. Why pay for SaaS that solves 80% of your workflow when you can build the other 20% that actually matters? But I think the really big opportunity is one step beyond vibe coding. The race is on. The big question is: who is going to lead this charge? The current vibe-coding leaders like @lovable @Replit v0 @vercel or a startups like @squad_so_ or @stormy_hq or @gumroad I’m betting the winners won’t just be the best coding platforms. It’ll be the platforms that becomes AI-native business infrastructure.

Nicely done @vercel You have an "Ask AI" Chat for eve.dev/ So many AI-native tools still rely on static FAQs instead of just letting you ask.

I used to be all about conversational chat UI, but now I truly believe it is conversational voice-first UI.
future of Human to AI interaction is FULLY generative UI + Voice first there is absolutely no reason why this is not the case

Top 10 takeaways from the Noah Shinn / Instinct episode: 1. No app needed—just text, call or email; it runs its own phone and computer. 2. Invite-only, zero marketing, yet ~10% daily growth. 3. Users gradually trust it with cards, inbox and calendar. 4. Instinct-to-Instinct network lets trusted agents coordinate plans. 5. $1B+ transaction volume (esp. travel) via take rates; no ads to stay aligned. 6. Agents will reorder the internet and reinvent reservations/travel. 7. Incumbents must adapt or face agent-driven disruption. 8. Buy compute months ahead; founder spends 40% of time on it. 9. All software collapses into one simple interface. 10. Future: proactive goal-pursuing agents with real personality.

As per Gemini When using an AI coding agent like Claude Code to build a business application with the intention of eventually deploying AI agents, both platforms are strong contenders, but Convex is the superior choice for your specific workflow.

As per Gemini Go with Supabase only if your business application demands a traditional relational database architecture (e.g., highly complex SQL analytics reporting) or if you have strict business requirements to self-host your infrastructure entirely on your own servers. Otherwise, for rapid development with Claude Code and a robust future for AI agents, Convex is the faster, safer, and more innovative path.

💯agree with @Codie_Sanchez In fact, a leader’s main job is to ensure their team members succeed in their roles. When they win, the company wins — it’s that simple.
Your job as a leader is not to be liked. It is to be trusted.

Most people don’t care about LLM options and other custom features — they just want a personal AI that’s simple to set up easy to use, and just works. Instinct by @noahrshinn is nailing that vibe. Super simple / familiar UI (via iMessage or WhatsApp). Hope they don’t slip on security, though. Feels like a real miss if OpenAI doesn’t launch something similar soon.
