@Pepperfry we purchased a cot from you about a month back. When it was delivered 10 days back, upholstery was found damaged. We raised a complaint immediately but there is no resolution. Every 2 days someone calls and provides assurance that it will be taken care. Please fix it.

I purchased this laptop in May so about 6 months back. There is no good reason for a laptop to go bust within 6 months, shows quality of your product is pathetic. And now 3 days later, still not fixed! You think this is acceptable?
@ASUSIndia I raised this issue on 22 November. Today is 25 November and issue is still not sorted. What kind of customer support do you guys offer? Multiple people have called and said why they can’t send someone immediately!
@ASUSIndia useless product, laptop crashed within 6 months and does not switch on. Worse service support, not ready to send anyone for 72 hrs. This is not acceptable. Please send someone to fix it!
