It's just not good enough #rufc it really isn't. It's not the results that are worrying me it's the woeful performances. Although, despite some very questionable appointments,we CANNOT keep blaming the Rotherham United managers for our demise since dropping from the Championship!
It may be early days in this season but we're SOOOO predictable and easy to defend against the way we play. Long balls all the time with not a single player willing to pick the ball up and run at the opposition.
Some great positives for Rotherham United today against Northampton Town. Eyestone commanding, Iorfa an absolute beast, Cover & Austerfield very influential & attack wise we just keep pushing. Special mention for the rufc fans keeping the faith & backing the team.
No idea what Bruce sees in Cann what most Rufc fans don't unless Eyestone is crap? His kicking is 馃挬 and costs too many goals with that parrying bollox we will struggle ALL season if he stats in goal because the opposition are guaranteed at least 1 goal to start with
If anything good can come out of tonight's game against Tranmere and that's Rotherham United change the keeper. Can't kick, poor positional sense, average in the air and parrys shots instead of catching/putting out for a corner. Sort it out Millers #rufc
One day Ted Cann will make a safe and put it out for a corner or even catch it instead of parrying it as per usual to the oncoming attacker
Heard Rotherham United are interested in Sheffield United youngster Billy Blacker? He's a defensive midfielder but l would have thought we'd be looking for a bit more experience in that department? #rufc
Are we really that bothered rufc fans that we've not managed to sign a striker that has averaged 1 goal every 8 games? Rotherham United can and should be attracting better players than a lad who's scored 15 career goals.
Don't get the obsession with some Rotherham fans & ex players/managers.It seems they just can't let people move on?. It's literally JUST a job, whether they move to Wednesday or Accrington what's it matter?Football (rufc) holds ZERO loyalty to them so why would they give it back?
6 days till Rufc play West Brom & we still need a GK, at least 1 experienced CB, a shithouse CF, someone to replace/challenge Mullin & legs off the bench. Nombe sale want thru NINE days ago with "deals already lined up" to fetch players in according to Rotherham United?
Bit sceptical about the alleged Paul Mullin signing. No doubt he's had a decent career but can't help thinking his best days are behind him? Happy to be proven wrong though
33 days from now Rotherham United kick off against West Brom.
Rufc have
1 Gk
7 Defenders
1 Midfielder
1 Forward
2 Wingers
3 Academy players
COMBINED, less than 300 games in all competitions last season.
Let that sink in @RotherhamUnited
The meltdown from certain sections of the rufc fanbase towards Paul Warne signing ex-Millers is bizarre, cringe & embarrassing. Said it before & I'll say it again, people should be vetted before being allowed access to the Internet or at least have a responsible adult present
I will give anybody my backing at rufc no matter who the head coach turns out to be. But let's not forget, in McClaren's words, they were queueing up to manage Rotherham United! Bruce is EXACTLY the type of person l've been saying all along we'd get. No 'manager' will come here
Is it just me or does anybody else just hear a load of waffle, words and more with the latest Steve McClaren interview? Said loads but really said nothing?
