His second season: 62% (1st in the Bundesliga).
They were mostly a counter-attacking team in his first season and evolved into a possession-based team in his second season. I see the same pattern at Chelsea.
Every coach has his own scheme of work. We just need to be patient and let him focus on his work. We will keep evolving and getting better under him.
