Hi @OctopusEnergy. I was supposed to have both gas and electric meters swapped over for smart meters earlier in the week. The engineer turned up but could only swap the electricity meter due to not having the equipment to do the gas meter. Ive emailed to arrange for the gas meter
to be sorted but have not heard back. I’m not happy as annual leave was arranged around this meter swap so we will have to book another day off to get the gas meter swapped. Ive also emailed yourselves, aes, and the area manager for aes 3 days ago but have not heard back. Can
