Sad news. Steve did great work in studying and writing about the Ohio Constitution. He was a tireless promoter of the importance of understanding our state charter.
Sad news: Steven Steinglass, a retired Cleveland State University law professor who was the preeminent expert on the Ohio Constitution and the history of state ballot measures, died last week.
