Year 3/4 had an amazing time at the rounders event on Wednesday. It was the first time some of our children had participated in the Dallam event so they were a little nervous. Confidence grew and by the end of the afternoon there were smiles all round. Well done team!

We had a lovely Big Play in Kendal yesterday with children from Strammongate Primary, Sedbergh Primary and St Patrick's CE Primary Endmoor. Well done to everyone who took part and came along, and a big thank you to Tom Salmon for taking photos for us.

Our C3 superstar dancers were phenomenal last night at the Brewery. Our Chinese theme was well received by our audience of over 300 people. The process has been 10 weeks of hard work! I am so proud of the children for their individual achievements both emotionally and physically!

Hope you all had a fantastic time! We definitely did!
A wonderful day spent @CastleHeadFSC for a geography skills-based trip. The instructors at the sight ran exciting activities for us all to enjoy!

Well done to our fabulous team today at the Kendal Rotary Swimathon. The team swam a total of 180 lengths in the hour! If you haven't had chance to sponsor yet then you still have time. Please bring in donations to school. The money goes towards new opportunities and equipment.

Our St Patrick's gymnasts were on top form today at Dallam Key Steps Gymnastics competition. All children came home with team medals with Y5/6 team achieving Bronze and Y4 team achieving Gold!! All gymnasts have worked so hard learning the sequences. We are super proud!

Well done to our cross country runners who braved the weather at Casterton yesterday. We are so proud of their resilience to stay positive when the conditions were challenging. I apologise for no photos. I was focused on keeping runners safe and positive in the wet and cold!!!

So proud of all our runners today at Dallam Cross Country. Smiles all round before and after their races. A few medals achieved but what was impressive was the courage in all the children. It was a delight to see the transformation with some children's confidence.

Another exciting morning for us, we’ve been set the very important task of choosing the winner of a short story competition at @patrick_primary ! We had the privilege of reading Hetty to the children a few months back and they couldn’t wait to write a story of their own! 📖

What an honour this was! A brilliant day reading Hetty to the most uplifting, polite and engaging group of children. 👩🏫📖💡… best of all - they gave us lots of inspiration for our next book! 👀
Today we were treated to an inspiring visit from author, Sarah Igo and illustrator, Rebecca Williams, who read us their brilliant new book ‘Hettie the hen who couldn’t lay’ which is being published in May this year. #WorldBookDay #DreamBig #NeverGiveUp
