Just got around to posting my forthcoming paper, "The Executive Order". It considers what executive orders can and cannot do and how their internal structure affects agency implementation. Plus empirical insights based on a study of all EOs from Reagan to early Trump II.

Thank god for college radio
Speaking of taste: Looking back, I would have been much better off asking the coolest older people I knew for music recommendations rather than trying to follow my inner self. What did I know? I was 12. I liked what the biggest companies were selling me. It was terrible.

Thrilled that my paper "The Object of Interpretation" is out in the @GeorgetownLJ. The paper asks: What exactly is the object of legal interpretation? You can find it below and here: ssrn.com/abstract=5137931
Replying to @GeorgetownLJ
The Object of Interpretation by @FranciscUrbina sets forth a pluralist account of objects of legal interpretation, according to which text, lawmaking choice, practice, and order are all possible objects.
