I don’t know. It feels obscenely stupid to start posting videos of my loved ones in Gaza right now, as their tents flood with rainwater in the middle of the night, as they sleep in damp clothes on soaked mattresses, and to think for a f*cking second that these images might move someone to save their babies, to protect what little dignity they have left.
As if this time could be any different from last year, or the year before that, or the year before that.
As if people around the world, especially those with the power to do something, might suddenly be moved by a family’s tent flooding with rainwater when the sight of hundreds of babies whose bodies were shredded by Israeli bombs was not enough to put an end to this.
How many more times must we expose the suffering of the people we love, strip them of their privacy in their most vulnerable moments, in the desperate hope that someone, somewhere, might finally care enough to act?

Is this a joke? Its completely undignified. The host should ask him for his reflections on killing 168 schoolchildren and teachers in Minab.

Actual results aside, it does not seem healthy for a country to swing to radically every two years. Horrendous for any long-term policy.

im four beers deep and i need everyone to understand that wikipedia is the last good thing. millions of strangers agreed to write down everything for free and then argue about citations forever. no ads. no paywall. this should not exist and it does and i'm crying about it
I’m probably being that person, but that flyover in DC right now was very scary. Essentially no heads up that it would be happening and it sounded like a regular commercial plane (AF1 essentially is). I don’t mind jets but I actually thought a plane was going to crash

Those of us who lived through 9/11 don’t find this shit entertaining. At all.

Pilots at DCA weren’t too happy about the flyover over D.C. this evening.
“How many more fly-bys is he doing?” one pilot asked, according to @theATCapp recordings. “Hopefully that’s the last,” an air traffic controller replied.

Murphy, briefed on Iran plans. “Their plan is insane. It will lead to devastating escalation and the likely destruction of our commitment to the rule of law.” (Arguably in tatters already)
