Pebble Hills trailed 31-21 in the fourth quarter, with Eastwood at first and goal inside the 9. The Spartan defense got a huge fourth down stop, Joe Fernandez led a masterful TD drive to cut the lead to three. On the ensuing Eastwood drive, the Troopers were inches away from a first down that would’ve ended the game. Instead, a bad snap forced a punt back to the Spartans that led to the Bailey touchdown. Always madness when these two teams meet up.

Down goes #1! Pebble Hills mounts a fourth quarter, double-digit comeback to take down Eastwood 35-31, snapping the Troopers’ 14 game winning streak against El Paso area teams. LJ Bailey had a monsterous go-ahead 50-yard touchdown reception with under two minutes remaining to give his Spartans the win. What a game! @600espnelpaso #FFN600 #txhsfb
