STUDIO MAPPA is reportedly in talks to acquire the rights to ‘TOKYO GHOUL’, with plans to completely reboot the franchise from the ground up.
The project would reportedly scrap all non-canon elements from previous seasons, giving the series a full, uncensored adaptation faithful to Sui Ishida’s original dark fantasy manga.

Goku actively trained his body to the point where he can do Kaioken with no issue. Even at Cell's power lvl, the most he would be able to do would be a times two because he's not used to the strain of using it for prolonged period of time and that wouldn't have helped him vs-
There’s one technique Perfect Cell should theoretically have had access to, yet never used.
Why didn’t he ever use Kaioken? Was he incapable or did he deliberately avoid it? Kaioken requires intense control and without it, the strain can severely damage the body. Even with regeneration, he can’t restore lost stamina.
Was the physical cost too great for a temporary power boost, or was there another reason?
There's still no way for him to know if they are in danger unless he made another seal that could activate by 1. Them flaring up their chakra to show that they're in danger or 2. Have the seal be able to specifically detect when their chakra is low
