This guy beautifully explained what's wrong with India. We blame People but Forgot it's the System that made them like that.

We have taken note of your cut-copy-paste response. I don’t wish to spoil your Diwali weekend. On Monday, I will share a detailed response with the entire nation. Until then, enjoy the festivities. Happy Diwali! P.S. For you to know, we are the Government, an official source, not some random entity. @BPCLimited @HPCL @IndianOilcl

So a lawyer's BS-IV car gets an exemption, but an ordinary citizen driving the same BS-IV car is treated as a polluter? How convenient. Apparently, the pollution level changes depending on who is sitting behind the steering wheel. What a joke. 🤡 Now I understand the logic behind 10-year Diesel ban in NCR.

India is about to make websites responsible for political speech posted on them. "Algorithms have favoured Opposition and anti-establishment narratives over official messaging" Algorithms pick up content that people want to talk about. If people are fed up with the government, the solution is to change the government, not suppress speech about it. India has earlier failed truth ministry attempt that was struck down by a court.

Even The Economist is saying China is *substantially more democratic* than India. Was never convinced by the line that India's not growing like China because India is a "democracy" --truth has always been that India's growth is hampered by a growing democratic deficit that determines policy choices - unlike China.
The Economist inadvertently says something interesting about the difference between capitalist and socialist democracy. “India’s political class should consider itself lucky. In next-door China, the Communist Party has to do something much more difficult than winning elections. China’s social contract requires the state to consistently raise living standards, the quality of life and national power in exchange for which citizens keep their noses out of politics. All Indian politicians have to do is to feign interest in their constituents once every five years. Yet instead of accepting this sweetheart deal, Mr Modi’s government is doubling down by suppressing protests that are attempting to enforce it.” Having studied the Chinese political system and having travelled to China many times, I can say with some confidence that “citizens keeping their noses out of politics” is very much not an ambition of the CPC. There are extensive, growing networks of grassroots democracy. What is true, however, is that the government is expected to deliver for the needs of the people. Meanwhile, the right to elect people who “feign interest in their constituents” is not actually that important to the hundreds of millions of Indians who live in desperate poverty. I am in New Delhi right now. It’s in many ways a delightful city, but the levels of poverty and inequality – along with the general dysfunction, political repression and religious/caste prejudice – are heartbreaking. It may be tough to swallow, but the fact is that China is substantially more democratic than the capitalist countries. economist.com/asia/2026/10/1…

After linking everything to adhaar and selling the data, they know how they have jeopardised the country & its ctzns.

Recommending to fuel up your vehicles from Shell, Nayara and Jio BP is just naive now. 🤡 These private petrol retailers are also part of the scam. The government is silently testing E30 without the knowledge of normal customers. And we are just scratching our heads why the heck mileage is low? We've been scammed to pay more for inferior quality fuel and all this while unknowingly damaging our cars.
Uh-oh. We've been getting E30 fuel in Bangalore, and not E20. So, the Karnataka Govt tested samples across 63 oil retailers including both state-owned (IOC, HPCL, BPCL) and private retailers (Shell, Nayara) * IOCL: 31.2%+ * HPCL: 30.5% * BPCL: 26.5% * Nayara: 26.1% * Shell: 25.5% IOC had a whopping 31 % ethanol. Shell had over 25 %. This is BLATANT cheating! 1. We're not only paying more for inferior fuel but also getting lower mileage. 2. Older vehicles (classic cars and motorcycles) are getting damaged due to this. What a terrible state of affairs @HardeepSPuri, @nitin_gadkari The petroleum minister must be sacked. We've had enough! @CarToq

Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID etc have just become toys in the hands of this govt. We, the citizens have become mute spectators as this Sarkar toys around with them. 🙄
