This has become, and feels like, a local version of Claude Tag, and it has also become the best remote mobile UX I’ve used.
bc you are no longer operating in session threads and instead where decisions & images/html/video get surfaced right to you in an organized way.

there is a native diagram viewer too if you ever need anything like that. Should be in files > (open any mmd file)

The latest Plannotator is out
@MermaidChart's 12.0 release is awesome so we've shipped it plus theming sync and new interaction capabilities.

That's an ongoing bug with the current version. Should get better over the weekend!

Guided reviews are portable, shareable, and can also be created with a skill:

Guided Reviews went viral a bunch last week.
FYI, there is an open-source version and also the ability to send portable guided reviews as html files.

Plannotator 0.22.0 is out.
Code Review (is not dead yet):
- Guided reviews give you a list of changes with semantic overviews, ordered by importance & where you need to spend your time reviewing. Inspired by @linear, this works for local and PR changes . You don't need the best models or high reasoning levels to use this!
- Pi and Copilot are added as agent review providers.
- A new default `git status` view is added.
- A new `commits` view is added to easily navigate all commits and view their descriptions+changes.

I could add like a multi-select reply type of thing. Would have to get feel for ergonomics

They’ll probably do something similar. This is where it’s headed
we created /bro, but inbox is better for this:
plannotator.ai/inbox/

Im creating a helper function so you can just do `plannotator inbox --tailscale`
But immediate workaround for now is in:

yea it's not a direct message, instead an async surface they send you things like questions to answer, docs to review, etc. and from there is treated like email where your replies do go to the agent
claude code requires restart after initial install. then say something like "ask your next question in Inbox, send your html design to inbox"
ty for feedback though and sorry for early frustration. carrying it over into next iterations. direct message can come but will need to think that out more.

thanks for trying. cleaning up the install instructions/prompt to make the initial onboarding smooth
in short:
`plannotator inbox`
and it opens in your browser, with agent connection instructions (plugins or MCP) on the screen

best UX: Claude, Pi, and OpenCode, via mods/extensions and the bi-directional event syncing (wake an agent)
otherwise mcp for any other agent
btw, the video may not make it clear but this is NOT a way to wrap or orchestrate agents - you still use your harnesses, ADEs, whatever.
This is more of an (optional) way for agents to send you the markdown/html/diffs to an organized place where you can reply to and send feedback using the original annotation UXs - in an async manner outside of threads
