People might want to take note: Ossoff, Talarico, Annie Andrews, and Roy Cooper all explicitly ran on banning prior authorization.

Taking Amtrak down to DC for new member orientation!
Excited to meet the 100+ new members of the 120th Congress. Let me know who you think I should make sure to meet and get to work with.

I’m no BAAJA expert but if Americans just voted for Democrats bc they think they’re gonna bring prices down then the *dumbest* thing for a Dem politician to do is turn around and vote against something that will bring prices down

Today, we released the results of our @SearchlightInst Entrance Poll, where we asked voters in 6 states to tell us what their vote was about. Here's some highlights 🧵
Missouri has a roughly even house popular vote (the closest since 2008), the state often shoots down conservative ballot initiatives, and democrats showed that they could win over urban and suburban voters in the state.
That lowcountry accent is just fantastic

We tried something new this midterm season. Instead of an exit poll, we conducted a first-of-its-kind Entrance Poll across seven battleground states.
Here's what drove the Blue Tsunami.

🚨Exclusive: We got new polling from @SearchlightInst, showing why battleground state voters delivered Tuesday's blue tsunami.
The poll details:
-Voters' top issues
-How much Trump factored into the election
-Winning candidates' popularity vs. the Democratic Party brand

NEW:
Democrats could pick up a once-unthinkable nine Senate seats by the time votes are fully counted from Tuesday’s midterms. Chuck Schumer says he’s just getting started.
Schumer hasn't started recruiting for 2028 but believes Dems could expand their majority. 2028 viewed as a favorable Dem map

"There is a tremendous amount of common ground between someone like an Adam Hamilton and Abdul El-Sayed," @AJentleson says. "Things like expanding health care access, expanding the social safety net, raising taxes on rich people and corporations."
Fight song playing…oh they should have known right then
I have returned to my home state of Ohio and am currently at Vivek Ramaswamy’s (@VivekGRamaswamy) victory party.
Look at all the press behind me. The media doesn’t go to losing campaign parties.
Right now the Ohio vote totals are from early voting, which favors Democrats. Soon this will change as the Election Day totals come in.
Vivek and the Republicans will soon be winning by a lot.
Fun fact: none of the freshman democratic senators that won in 2006 lost reelection in 2012.
I envy whoever runs the @NRSC in 2032. Man that is going to be fun wiping out these one-hit-wonders.
