It honestly is beautiful. I interpreted it as Bryan was never meant to be the protagonist. Throughout the movie, weβre shown how clumsy, uncoordinated and naturally unskilled he is. His compassion is actually what gets him killed. He never wanted any of this to happen, he just wanted to be a dad. But by the end, heβs reduced to just another monster that needs to be defeated. Umbrella Corp had nothing to do with him, nor did they care. Everything he fought for and ultimately died for is gone.
And this movie just made me realize that people genuinely donβt know how to watch films with an open mind. Everyone expects a linear story where the MC wins, gets stronger or at least gets a happy ending. But movies arenβt supposed to be predictable or follow the same formula every single time. Sometimes the entire point is that the protagonist loses, and thatβs what makes the story beautiful.
watching bryan slowly lose whatever was left of himself was so fucking sad, and seeing what he eventually turns into... what a way to end the movie #ResidentEvil

Hello everyone, today marks the end of an incredible chapter in my life. I am officially parting ways with Paper Rex, the team that has helped me grow as an individual in and outside the game. 5 years ago when i got called up to join PRX i never imagined my life would be like this at all. I've been through so many highs and lows with this team and i would like to thank every single teammate, coach, staff and fan that have followed me along this journey. Thank you all for treating me like your second family and to the fans thank you all for continuously supporting me and the team no matter the situation for half a decade. Im very excited to see whats next up and hope you all can continue supporting me :)
