My company just listed on LinkedIn a job posting for what I’m currently doing (so we’re hiring another UX writer) and now thanks to salary transparency laws, I see that they intend to pay this person $32k-$90k more than they currently pay me, so I applied.

i answered in the thread but as your friendly neighborhood programmer of systems, let's talk about the systems the question implies and how that actually gives away the answers
the answer is: fire damage, at 2x (or whatever the multiplier for elemental weakness is)
why?
Alright #gamedev here's a question, consider:
1. Slimes are immune to swords 🐙⚔️🚫
2. Ice is weak to fire 🔥❄️✅
You attack an Ice Slime ❄️🐙 with a Fire Sword 🔥⚔️
In your opinion, how much damage does it take? 2X? 1/2? 0? Something else?
(assume one damage source)

Employees have long been forced to negotiate their salaries in the dark.
But that's changing, thanks to a nationwide wave of "pay transparency" laws. 👇

ALT A photo of a $1 bill. George Washington has a finger over his mouth to gesture “shush.” It’s overlaid with text that reads: “Employers are being forced to make salaries public — and that’s good news for your paycheck.”
