you know everyone can tell you're a miserable bottomfeeder with no real life when you post like this right

yeah, the loyalty numbers arent obscene, the 1/1 and bounce are a little on the weaker side to balance out drawing an extra card each turn
ult also quite achievable
what really gets me about this image and its variations isn't the argument being made, it's that thousands whole-heartedly sign up for this framing that asks you to imagine yourself directing the train to crush Palestinians. it actually resonates with people.

this only happened after republicans decisively lost on the issue (legalization). my point is that this election was very much not a referendum on the question of immigration and to the extent it was on trans issues it became clear the public is not particularly supportive

culture is not a magical force that appears out of nothing. this is the fundamental insight of marxism that gave rise to sociology as a scientific discipline
because you think immigrants will literally destroy more developed nations. again, since i'm not a racist, i think people are shaped much more by the circumstances they live in than some kind of inherent nature. i think i'll leave it at that.

the point is that i have roughly equivalent feelings for both 'third worlders' and other strangers more similar to me. i don't think coexistence is such an onerous obligation as you're making it out to be, but obviously this is where our disagreement becomes untenable
someone moving to your city is not being 'imported' they are making choices with their free will and you need to make a positive argument that they are having a deleterious effect on the city before we ought to even consider not letting them in
and in fact i dont care about them so much that it doesn't matter if they live in the same country as me. the image of pigs in your city is evocative but in reality your city is going to contain plenty of things you find personally unpleasant but don't directly affect your life.
for example you lose the thread entirely when you start talking about 'shared blood'. in much the same way i care more abt my family than strangers i also don't give a shit about people with 'shared blood' if i dont know them personally

don't get used to it, you just caught me in a good mood. & i think it's reasonable to care about your family more than other people, but we're talking about government policy and the state does not have a family. the state is impartial & resists being stretched into this analogy
that they might be left behind and excluded by people who take for granted that they are wrong. (u also see this when terfs insert themselves into disagreements between trans ppl to just lamely reassert that sex is real)
