I know every country has a different governing body when it comes to the Olympics, but it’s hard not to reconcile that Sha’Carri Richardson was unable to compete in the Tokyo Olympics because of a positive marijuana test. Just doing some simple math here, that’s roughly 26,000 a month vs your average teacher is probably taking home about 3,000 to 4,000 a month. Keep in mind teachers are the ones working with your kids everyday
Damn @ClarkCountySch. Interim Superintendent Dr. Larsen Mitchell was gifted a 28% increase in February as a parting gift from Jara. (Still not sure how that was legal!) Now the BoT @CCSD_Trustees is going to give her another bump from 275k to 320k. This is ridiculous.

Canned curriculum is not the answer. This is going to go the way of Springboard from a few years ago but this time we’re going to lose teachers when we can’t afford to. It’s happening in English departments already. Trust teachers to be the professionals we are.
