Yes, utilities should limit their liability by paying attention to clearance; should they be allowed to reduce private property values by removing trees ? The PGE website says they won't remove trees they cut down because "that property belongs to the homeowner."

I studied history at university and took a number of modules on nazi history. When I asked my lecturer what happened to Black Germans, he responded that there “wasn’t really any.” And this is how erasure happens seamlessly in the classroom.
