$ASTS - TIM Brazil 3 Year STA is now an ACT. Both low and mid band frequencies are approved. The STA length if 2.5 years, so I expect it explains why there is mid-band even though AST currently supports low band.
$ASTS A few things to add: 1. IEZ, Brisanet and Unifique all were approved of their STAs and it was made Acts by Brazil. 2. The STA will consists of 10 MHz channels of 713 MHz and 768 MHz. 3. TIM Brazil STA is approved, but the Act hasn't came yet. xitter.cf/spacanpanman/status/21…

$ASTS - 🚨 New episode by @thekookreport is live on the AST SpaceMobile Podcast! 🎙️ ASTS Stock Down 70%: SpaceX Spectrum Deal Explained ✅ ASTS stock down 70% and the "terror of prices" ✅ SpaceX's Grain spectrum deal and the Starlink direct-to-cell threat ✅ Launch murder mystery: Amazon's 10 Falcon 9s, ULA, and New Glenn ✅ European MNO consortium and new Brazil deals ✅ New hires from Boingo and Google plus the e-band filing ---------- ASTS stock crashed from $130 to $40. Kook breaks down AST SpaceMobile, SpaceX's spectrum move, and the launch clues that keep him locked in. Kook opens with a brutal week for ASTS stock, which fell about 70% as SpaceX's apparent purchase of the Grain spectrum shocked generalist investors. He explains the "terror of prices," what he got wrong, why he stays focused on terminal value, and why AST SpaceMobile doesn't owe anyone a flood of press releases while launch contracts, J-LEO, and Golden Dome play out. From there Kook lays out his launch "murder mystery" theory covering Amazon's unused Falcon 9 slots, ULA capacity, and New Glenn's return. He also covers the unusual FCC filings and low-power Grain spectrum testing, the possible NSSL angle, J-LEO and Mitsubishi H3, and new Brazil MNO deals. He also looks at the European MNO consortium of Deutsche Telekom, Orange, Telefonica, and Vodafone bidding for MSS spectrum, and what that means for direct-to-cell competition with Starlink. The episode closes with new AST SpaceMobile hires from Boingo and Google, the e-band filing, and why Kook expects a launch date for the next satellite batch soon. $ASTS - 🚨 New episode by @spacanpanman is live on the AST SpaceMobile Podcast! 🎙️ Is AST SpaceMobile the Only Counter to Starlink? ✅ SpaceX exploring a terrestrial network with Crown Castle and 80,000 cell sites ✅ Why satellite is becoming table stakes for every MNO ✅ Three Brazilian regional operators sign on at 700 MHz ✅ Rakuten visits Midland and the J-LEO joint venture ✅ Scotiabank upgrades ASTS ---------- Starlink eyes 80,000 cell sites and MNOs sell off. Anpanman breaks down what it means for AST SpaceMobile ($ASTS) and direct-to-cell. In this episode, Anpanman reacts to news that SpaceX is exploring a terrestrial network and talking to Crown Castle about roughly 80,000 cell sites. He explains why carriers and the ASTS stock sold off, and why he argues the news makes AST SpaceMobile more strategically important as the satellite counter to Starlink. He also covers spectrum, including C-band and the lack of low band, and why satellite coverage is becoming table stakes for every MNO. Anpanman then walks through the international picture: the European joint venture of Deutsche Telekom, Orange, Telefonica and Vodafone, a possible push for S-band spectrum, and three regional Brazilian operators with 700 MHz commercial agreements. He also covers Claro, Tim and Vivo, the Rakuten visit to Midland, the J-LEO joint venture, and a Scotiabank upgrade of ASTS. Finally, Anpanman looks at Amazon and Globalstar, T-Mobile's Starlink partnership as a business case study, a possible Deutsche Telekom and T-Mobile merger, and why SpaceX buying a carrier would face FCC and DOJ hurdles. $ASTS - While the market is sleeping, AST continues doing the groundwork. Eventually the market will take notice, and have an abrupt awakening.
$ASTS: 🚨🇧🇷 BRISANET, UNIFIQUE AND IEZ! SIGN COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS WITH AST SPACEMOBILE TO OFFER DIRECT-TO-DEVICE SERVICE THROUGHOUT BRAZIL OVER 700MHZ SPECTRUM BRISANET SERVIÇOS DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES S.A.Publicly held CompanyCorporate Taxpayers ID (CNPJ/MF) n° 04.601.397/0001-28Company Registry (NIRE) 23.3.0004573-4CVM Code: 27.693MATERIAL FACTCOMMERCIAL AGREEMENT WITH AST SPACEMOBILE Brisanet Serviços de Telecomunicações S.A. (B3: BRST3) ("Company" or "Brisanet"), in accordance with Article 157(4) of Law No. 6,404, dated December 15, 1976, and in accordance with CVM Resolution No. 44, dated August 23, 2021, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, together with Unifique Telecomunicações S.A. and lez! Telecom, it has signed a Commercial Agreement with AST SpaceMobile to offer mobile satellite broadband services (also known as Direct-to-Device-D2D) throughout Brazil. Regional mobile operators will make available the 700 MHz band radio frequencies they hold and will be responsible for investing in the infrastructure needed to connect their mobile networks to AST SpaceMobile's satellite constellation via ground gateways. The collaboration aims to enable voice calls, broadband data, and video streaming directly on standard smartphones, without any modifications, eliminating the need for specialized equipment, software updates, or apps. By integrating satellite connectivity into its existing mobile network, the company aims to expand coverage wherever people live, work, and travel, allowing customers to stay connected even when they are out of range of terrestrial networks. The initiative reinforces the commitment of regional operators to expand connectivity throughout the country and complements the investments they are already making to expand their terrestrial networks. According to José Roberto Nogueira, founder and CEO: "The partnership with AST SpaceMobile complements our network and allows us to extend connectivity beyond the reach of our terrestrial infrastructure, offering customers access to voice and mobile broadband services in more locations using the smartphones they already own; this secures Brisanet's place in the future of connectivity." The final details of the agreement are still being negotiated, and the transaction is subject to certain conditions. The Company will keep the market informed of the transaction's progress and any new developments. Pereiro/CE, October 23, 2026 Luciana Paulo Ferreira Investor Relations Officer

$ASTS - 🚨 New episode by @spacanpanman is live on the AST SpaceMobile Podcast! 🎙️ AST SpaceMobile - Why Space Stocks Keep Falling ✅ Macro, oil and Iran driving the space sector sell-off ✅ Why selling the May top would not have saved you ✅ European MNO news and 5-market service by year end ✅ 3 satellites at the Cape and the launch date watch ✅ Trump, Musk and the Starlink cap in Ukraine ---------- AST SpaceMobile ASTS stock sells off with the whole space sector. Anpanman breaks down the macro, launch timing, and Starlink news. Anpanman discusses a brutal day for ASTS stock, as rates, oil at a 12-year high, Iran headlines, and a violent rotation out of momentum and growth hit every space name. He explains why Rocket Lab, Planet Labs, and the neo-clouds are all down together, and why the drawdown since May looks macro-driven rather than company-specific. He also covers SpaceX earnings, neo-cloud CapEx risk, and the SpaceX lockup expiry. The episode then turns to investor psychology and risk management. Anpanman walks through what would have happened if you sold AST SpaceMobile at $130, why most people would have bought back lower, and the 50-70% drawdown test every holder should run. He also recaps the European MNO press releases, the commitment to initial direct-to-cell service in 5 markets by year end, and the 3 satellites waiting at Cape Canaveral for a launch date. Finally, Anpanman looks at the launch landscape, including SpaceX, Blue Origin, and ULA returning to service, and what that means for the satellite buildout. He closes with the Wall Street Journal report that Trump called Musk to lift Starlink limits in Ukraine, why that strengthens the case for sovereign and diversified suppliers, and his own lessons from 2008 on protecting your mental health. $ASTS - 🚨 New episode by @spacanpanman is live on the AST SpaceMobile Podcast! 🎙️ AST SpaceMobile Intermittent Service Starts in 2026 ✅ Intermittent service planned in 5 markets before year end 2026 ✅ Gateways up to 60 and 100 MHz US spectrum target ✅ Why the PR landed ahead of SpaceX and MNO earnings ✅ The long SpaceX, short AT&T and Verizon pair trade ✅ Satellite Connect Europe and the S-band spectrum push ---------- AST SpaceMobile's new PR sets intermittent broadband in 5 markets by end of 2026. Anpanman breaks down what it means for ASTS. In this episode, Anpanman covers the latest AST SpaceMobile press release and the market backdrop driving the ASTS stock price. He compares ASTS to the NeoCloud names, explains why Rocket Lab trades better right now, and walks through the hedge fund pair trade of long SpaceX against short AT&T and Verizon. He also looks at the Starlink Mobile timeline and the spectrum it can realistically deploy. The core of the episode is the PR itself: initial intermittent direct-to-cell broadband in the United States, Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia before year end 2026, 60 gateways deployed or in planning, and about 100 MHz of spectrum targeted in the US. Anpanman explains why he thinks the timing, just ahead of SpaceX earnings and a wave of MNO earnings, was deliberate. He also covers the pressure on T-Mobile and other carriers, the European Satellite Connect Europe structure, and how the FCC and other regulators are affected. The Q&A covers what 10 by 10 MHz of spectrum means, hedge fund deleveraging and positioning, the timing of the next satellite launch from Cape Canaveral, and the shift toward mid-band Bluebirds in satellite production.
