Donate to @thetylerloop to support fact-driven journalism in East Texas, where it is desperately needed. Why today? The local daily @Tylerpaper just ran a photo from @AP and changed the cutline to assert that Capitol rioters were "members of antifa dressed as Trump supporters."
Hey @Tylerpaper you might want to check your photo captions. HT @mzMichGarcia

For decades, the plastic industry sold the public on an idea it knew wouldn’t work: that most plastic could be and would be recycled — all while making billions selling more plastic. NPR and @frontlinepbs spent months digging into the lie. trib.al/ahbSTq1

This outfit is very relatable as it features the exact same plaid patterns as the boxer shorts I wore in sixth grade under my umbro shorts (with a little bit sticking out so everyone knew you were a cool boxer man and not a tighty-whitey dork)

Love this. My 1991 tape story is that I dubbed Low End Theory from my cousin who also had a dubbed copy. I’m not sure if he did this himself but at the end of the tape someone had added in “Danger Zone” - not just the song but clearly recorded off a TV playing the movie Top Gun
