@Allstate have been trying to reach my claims agent since monday with no response to emails/voicemails. How can I get someone on the phone?
Thanks for a super interesting episode- as you got into discussion of high protein intake I was hoping you’d touch on how much protein the body can effectively absorb in a single sitting. Is the ~25-30g max still considered to be true?
@CitizensBank how is this helpful feedback when it doesn’t tell you WHICH PICTURE there’s an issue with??
There’s a place called VT river tubing that could be fun - If you make the drive further north to B&P you’ll pass right by us - do give a holler!

Hey Vaughn - if you shoot me an email with a little more info (size/qty/etc) I might be able to point you in the right direction.

Why today? The local daily @Tylerpaper just ran a photo from @AP and changed the cutline to assert that Capitol rioters were "members of antifa dressed as Trump supporters."
@StoweMtResort still raining/wind hold... do I really have to come out and take a lap in this awful weather to avoid getting dinged for missing a reservation today @VailResorts @snowdotcom
