I was born in 1990 and I still remember when election results were in on Election Day. You know, when we were still a first world country.

Yes, I’m old. Yes, I am disabled and use a walker. Yes, I am in the beginning stage of vascular dementia.
If I can get up off my fat ass and get to the polling booth SO CAN YOU!
Straight republican!!!

Almost everything you use today was built by someone who solved a problem. Nothing you use was built by a socialist committee deciding how you should live.
How is it that the Biden administration brought in 87,000 additional IRS agents and not one of them uncovered all the Somalian fraud in Minnesota, or all the medical insurance fraud Dr. Oz has been exposing, or all the SNAP fraud DOJ has been exposing, and on and on and on?

Iceland has some of the strictest horse biosecurity laws in the world, meaning no foreign horses can be imported into the country, thus protecting the native breed.
There’s a valuable lesson here & it has nothing to do with horses.

This election cycle just goes to show that we probably shouldn’t allow people to enter this country who hate this country because they will inevitably have kids in this country who run for office in this country and get a real shot at destroying this country.
To anyone planning to vote blue this Tuesday, I wish you and your family the prosperity of Venezuela, the salaries of Cuba, the freedom of North Korea, the human rights of China, the women's rights of Iran, the democracy of Russia, the security of Mexico, and the peaceful diversity of France and Belgium.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
A must-read.
And now we understand the absolutely rabid obsession with destroying Pete Hegseth.
I’ve been in the Army since before 9/11. Served under many secretaries.
Only in the past 18 months have I experienced:
>politicians warning me not to follow illegal orders
>billboards outside military bases telling me to report war crimes
>the media attacking anyone who has a positive thing to say about the man, and defending anyone who hates him
>stunning volume of leaks from senior officials trying to undermine him, and the lionizing of the leakers by the press
>being called a war criminal myself, hundreds of times a day
>a sustained media narrative portraying virtually every firing or senior officer removal as a “purge”
>public efforts by retired officers, advocacy groups, and political figures to mobilize service members and military communities against administration policies
>influential “Americans” publicly cheering for Iran
This is just to name a few. I’ve NEVER experienced anything like this before. And it’s becoming abundantly clear that the concerted effort to divide the military from within was stunted when Hegseth took over. Anyone desiring color revolution needs control of the military. That’s color revolution 101.
Is it starting to make sense yet? Now you see the obsession over him in particular. It’s not a coincidence. And it damn sure isn’t because of his culture war.
It’s because by all objective metrics, he runs a military that snatches rogue leaders from their beds, destroys entire militaries, and successfully mobilizes assets to save one downed pilot in the middle of enemy territory by building an Air Force base… in the middle of enemy territory. Secures the border, dominates the hemisphere. Hunts drug cartels. The list goes on.
He is by all meaningful accounts, effective at wielding the machine. And that is why they drool at the thought of removing him.
In years past you’d be hard pressed to find a junior Soldier who knew the name of the cabinet secretary above them.
Every one of them knows Pete Hegseth.
Every one.
Nicki Minaj has got it going on . . . she's spot-on here in her analysis.
If you listen carefully it’s a misplaced anger at his own parents for not making him feel worthy that turned into raging jealousy of other children who had parents that lifted them up and poured into them. He’s projected all of that onto white people. He needs to mend his heart before thinking about running for any office. White ppl haven’t hurt him. He knows exactly who did. Notice how he doesn’t get the satisfaction he was craving when the interviewer simply anchors himself & doesn’t validate that experience. We should all do more of this. Don’t validate anyone’s experience for the sake of temporary bonding.

If only there had been evidence of the failures of socialist policies before. 🤔
In 1965 Congress projected Medicare's hospital program would cost $9 billion a year by 1990. The actual figure was $67 billion, and the figure today is $444 billion. Medicaid blew through its first-year estimates almost immediately and has never looked back.
Then came Obamacare, sold with a promise that premiums would fall by $2,500 per family. Per-person premiums in the individual market more than doubled instead, from about $230 a month to $540. For those 55 to 64, the years before Medicare kicks in, they more than tripled, from about $300 a month to about $1,000. Now add 13% for next year.
Sixty years of the same result, and the proposed cure is more of the cause. Subsidize demand, control prices, and mandate coverage, and costs rise. That is not a surprise. It is arithmetic. A program built on treating need as a claim on other people's money fails every time it is tried, and the people who ignore the record are not forgetting it. They are evading it.

Did you know…
2014: the candidate who ran against Lula’s party died.
2018: the candidate who ran against Lula’s party was stabbed and nearly killed.
2022: the candidate who ran against Lula’s party is serving a 27-year sentence for a “coup” that never happened.
2026: Flávio Bolsonaro, the candidate who ran against Lula, is in exile.
What are the odds? Just huge coincidences.
And Lula wants us to believe he won the election fairly?
