In a world obsessed with highlight reels and picture perfect lives, resilience often goes unnoticed. Behind every success story lies a tapestry of challenges overcome. It's the ability to bounce back, learn, and grow that truly defines us.
Celebrate resilience!

Two years on…
Two years ago today I was diagnosed with MND. As far as statistics are concerned, I had a 50% chance of living up to this point but I am still here and despite the complete decline in my physical body, I am pleased to be here. I wrote a poem last year to mark the first year after my diagnosis and so I thought I would do the same thing this year. I will keep going every year I can.
P.S. It’s coming home 😁

Proud to have coached north mids U20's this year, great team spirit and work ethic. No points conceded in last two games shows the lads commitment. Shame knock rounds cancelled but it's just a game. Stay safe everyone 🙏
What a great interview.

One of the most powerful things I have ever read.
To go through what he has gone through, and come out of the other side shows the real strength, and character of the man.
