Dear @IncomeTaxIndia there is a case where father’s name is incorrect on PAN Card.
All her proofs (Aadhar, Bank passbook, Voter ID etc) have her husband’s name on it. She doesn’t have a birth certificate or matriculation marks card (not studied till grade 10)
