RI Governor McKee nominated as a judge teacher union attorney Carly Iafrate who filed frivolous litigation to harass me for sending public records requests about my kids education.
Carly Iafrate also talked to my family about me in this litigation. She is unprofessional, emotional, ignorant about free speech, and misleads in filings.
She has no place as a judge on any bench.
The Senate confirms judges and the Senate President is teacher union president Val Lawson.
This should be an insurmountable ethical conflict.
