Arteta is an obsessive maniac. Love him.
Mikel Arteta says he has a whole folder of evidence of other managers who leave the technical area more than him 😭😭😭

That just isn't a sufficient punishment for a decade of cheating.

Sensational. Flower in a Hurricane sounds like an instant classic too.

Imagine if Man City's owners get fed up with the Premier League & just move them to Abu Dhabi too.
Erling Haaland and his dad buy £7.5m houses in Abu Dhabi, the homeland of Man City's owners💰🏠

The Premier League's integrity has been compromised and every result City gain until the day the sanctions hit compromises it further. Every point they gain is worthless with a huge point deduction, and every point their opponents miss out on become completely lost. It's a mess.

And even though they deserve the severest of punishments, every result before the sanctions hit is fought by a City team fighting for the title, and every result after them is fought by a team probably condemned to relegation. The proverbial waters could hardly be muddier.

City's "irrefutable evidence" was not only refuted by the Independent Commission, but also by one of their own 11 years ago. That appeal should take about 3 minutes to dismiss.
#MCFC’s key defence in its appeal over the Premier League guilty verdict was denied by its own title sponsor Etihad Airways in an extensive submission to the US government in 2015 With @SamWallaceTel ⬇️ telegraph.co.uk/football/202…

Sportswashing in action. The investment their owners have pumped into Manchester should have no impact on the decision of whether they're fit & proper to run a Premier League club.
The UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham has said he would be “really concerned” to lose Manchester City’s Emirati owners from the Premier League. “They’ve been such a huge partner in the building of modern Manchester and obviously the building of Manchester City into the global force that it is.” More from @AdamCrafton_ ⬇️ bit.ly/4dN8yG9

Back in 2014, there was a man who was already aware of the irregularities involving Manchester City. That man now runs FIFA. The infamous Gianni Infantino, then UEFA General Secretary, abused his authority, shared confidential documents and, in short, outmanoeuvred the Investigatory Chamber, doing everything in his power to ensure that both Manchester City and PSG would merely receive a fine, avoiding a deeper investigation that could have led to a Champions League ban. All of these details were also revealed through Football Leaks. Given his actions as UEFA General Secretary and, more recently, as FIFA President, I can only say, in my humble opinion, that Gianni Infantino has become a cancer on football and should have no place in the future of the game.

On that precedent, Manchester City are set to be handed a 288-point deduction. 288. They're finished.
Man City guilty of ALL charges. £900m is batshit crazy. For context Everton got docked 8 points for £25 million. The sanctions hearing will be an all-timer.

"The purpose of these schemes was found to have been to artificially inflate the club’s revenues, and reduce its costs, by more than £900 million" Absolutely diabolical.

Manchester City are arguably the most corrupt institution in football history. They must be punished accordingly. They'll probably get fines & points deductions going forward, & while I doubt they'll be stripped of any, every single title they have won since 2008 is now tainted.
