Matter Labs submitted a public comment letter to the SEC on its Tokenized Securities Venue exemptive order (File No. 4-927).
We support the Order, and ask the Commission to confirm that validity proofs verified on a public, permissionless ledger, together with specified safeguards, can satisfy its public-ledger condition.
