Oh my goodness 💔 Heartbreaking to hear of the passing of Gavin Creel. We were blown away by his Elder Price in @bookofmormonuk and then had the incredible privilege to see him opposite Sara Bareilles in @waitressuk; a pairing so absolutely perfect. Taken way too soon.
Have been with @gigaclear for 10 days now. We've had two scheduled 7-hour outages, and now we're facing a SIX DAY outage as nothing is working and the earliest an engineer can come out is next Wednesday!🤦🏻♂️ Not the best start to a contract 🙄

Hey @Monzo. Just upgraded to Max, in part for the @_Railcards perk (we've had railcard for years). Just grabbed our F&F card from @thetrainline and found that the second cardholder (who doesn't have to be related) can't access the railcard without using my Trainline account (1/2)
This is nuts. We've used the @_railcards app in previous years, and we can both download the card independently. Trainline support literally just confirmed I'd need to share my login credentials with the second cardholder for them to use!! 🤯
Just a little shoutout to the theatre seating designer who not only calculated legroom assuming everyone is 5ft something, but then also stuck large, solid, non-removable cup holders onto the backs of the seats in front in exactly the spot where knees are forced to go. Champion.
Hey @sainsburys. Do you think some kind of communication to affected delivery customers re the IT/card payment issue this morning might be in order? Trawling through replies on X isn’t the way I should be finding out. 🤦🏻♂️ We all know stuff goes wrong sometimes - communicate!
Update from local store: Entire order system down. They can’t pull up orders to pick. They can’t access customer details to make contact. Today’s orders are not coming. Stores open for cash/chip+PIN only. No contactless payments. See @sainsburys, not that hard was it? #sainsburys
