This is like the epigraph for the entire Trump 2.0 presidency:

Nice little crowd building. Should be a great atmosphere.
It just keeps building 😍

This is from the BBC charter and the imbalance that exists on @bbcn
A 'false premise' indeed.
The entire 'unionism must give, nationalism must get' concept is a hysterical distortion of reality to begin with, which conveniently frames the historically dominant community as downtrodden when faced with a modicum of parity of esteem.

An apparent attempt to ‘criminalise’ the political leadership of Irish nationalism and republicanism here for exercising the right to protest peacefully in solidarity with a historically traumatised and vulnerable community.

The chart toppers are a surprise to no one. Bizarre that those who claim to want to ‘make NI work’ spend so much time stirring with their big old spoons. The stirring benefits them personally, not their electorate & is losing them what they claim to love.

There is a non-zero chance these nerds are extraterrestrials. They seem to not have even the most basic understanding of the human experience.
AI generated music is 1000x better than real music.
Today I canceled Spotify and SiriusXM because I finally tested Suno.
What sold me was the first prompt I gave it:
“My favorite artists are A Day to Remember, Bring Me The Horizon, Spiritbox, Bad Omens, and Sleep Token.
Analyze all their hits and generate a song I’m likely to love based on those artists.”
It one shots an absolute banger in 10 seconds.
I'll link the song in the next tweet for anyone curious.
Why would I ever go back to Spotify/SiriusXM when I can generate music perfectly tailored to my taste on command, for free?
Not affiliated with Suno in any way btw, it was just one of those moments where I was so impressed with AI’s capability I had to say something about it.
Myopic, regressive and depressing.
The same guy who revels in the respectability afforded to him by outlets such as the Irish Times was, only yesterday, likening Michelle O'Neill to John Gotti.
That is the calibre of idiotic commentary that is being normalised. It is bleak.

Typically overblown and comically absurd framing. To think the @IrishTimes felt this guy could offer serious commentary on, well, anything is laughable.

What financial contribution is the Orange Order making towards policing their two and a half thousand annual parades?

This parade should never have been permitted because of its effect on community relations. Most unionists are appalled that this nonsense has been started again.
The Orange Order should have had more sense.
