Remember that one time Donald Trump was president?
Imagine you're an American who works with his hands, & you've lost your job because of the lockdowns. You turn on the TV & hear medical experts, academics, technocrats & journalists explain we must keep the economy closed. All these people making that case have jobs. My take:

The first road date of the Kawhi Leonard Era in Clipperland looks like a doozy: Clippers at Warriors is tentatively scheduled as the first regular-season game at Chase Center in an @NBAonTNT broadcast Oct. 24, league sources say

lol lavar just said on first take that the reason he said he didn’t want the lakers to send lonzo to the pelicans is because he DID want them to. “I was playing chess,” he says, which is famously not something a person playing chess would say.

I think my favorite Chewie scene, and one that Peter Mayhew deserves so much credit for, is the “Laugh it up, fuzzball” scene. It’s a Han/Leia scene and Chewie steals it, and establishes himself as Han’s friend and peer. You could see how they were inseparable friends.

One of the many remarkable aspects of “The Empire Strikes Back” is that they made Chewie a much richer character. In “Star Wars” we saw him cool (Cantina with Obi-Wan) and angry (Luke putting binders on him) but in ESB we saw him exasperated (fixing Falcon), funny, and sad.

People have told him the results of the Mueller Report are generally good news for him, right?
The Mainstream Media is under fire and being scorned all over the World as being corrupt and FAKE. For two years they pushed the Russian Collusion Delusion when they always knew there was No Collusion. They truly are the Enemy of the People and the Real Opposition Party!
Peak bad team, good stats.
Devin Booker is the 1st player in NBA history to score 50 in a game his team lost by 30 or more. He is the 3rd player in NBA history to score 50 in a game in which no teammate reached double figures, joining Kobe Bryant and David Robinson. (@EliasSports)
So if I’m understanding correctly: Big Government Overreach = Schools, roads, medicine, not being shot Not Big Government Overreach = Saying which adults can’t get married, telling you your gender, letting police officers kill you for no reason, war Got it. Thanks, @GOP!

“Asked on Thursday about the memos contradicting the president’s account, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the White House press secretary, said, ‘We don’t comment on security clearances.’” … except for when the White House threatens to take them away. nytimes.com/2019/02/28/us/po…

On July 1, the Lakers had LeBron, *another* max contract spot, several very promising young players, and basically no bad contracts. Somehow, they wound up with no clearly above-average players other than LeBron. It's *really hard* to make so little of such a good situation.
