One of the biggest differences between a novice and an experienced trader is their relationship with losses.
One keeps holding because he cannot afford to accept the loss.
Another knows that being wrong costs money, but refusing to be wrong can cost a fortune.

I don’t mean every pre-workout product/formula is bad. But many products on the market are packed with excessive stimulants, fillers, flavouring and sweeteners.
Ingredients such as citrulline, L-arginine, beta-alanine, taurine can have bitter, sour or strong unbearable tastes. To make them more palatable, companies often use heavy flavouring and sweeteners.
Now add the habit of taking these products regularly, often on an empty stomach and it is easy to see why some people develop bloating, reflux, nausea, cramps, or loose stools.
The issue is not pre-workout itself. It is the formulation, the dose, the frequency and the way it is (ab)used.

Do not skip single-leg work.
It's hard and it can be humbling, I get that.
But it matters a lot more than people give it credit for, because almost everything you do on your feet happens on one leg.
You spend most of every walking stride balanced on a single leg. When you run, both feet are never on the ground together, and on stairs one leg lifts your whole body with every step.
One of my favourite variations is barbell lunges.
Each leg has to carry the load by itself while your glutes and adductors hold the hip and knee steady, and any gap between your stronger and weaker side shows up straight away.
With the bar on your back, you can load them heavy enough to build real strength.

LATE IN LIFE? OR RIGHT ON TIME?
You didn’t fail because you started late.
Some people find love at 25. Some at 45.
Some build wealth at 30. Some at 60.
Some discover their purpose early. Others spend decades finding themselves.
A flower doesn’t apologize for blooming after another.
Life is not a race against someone else’s timeline.
Maybe your failures were preparing you.
Maybe your loneliness was teaching you.
Maybe your detours were protecting you from a life that wasn’t meant for you.
Stop mourning the years you’ve lost.
Start respecting the years you still have.
You are not too old to begin.
Not too late to change.
Not too far behind to build something extraordinary.
Your life doesn’t need to make sense to the world. It needs to make sense to you.
The best chapter of your life might still be unwritten.
Pick up the pen.
Write it.

“Very few make it from Skinny to Muscular. Rare percentage.”
I have immense respect for those who go from Skinny to Muscular.
Hardest thing in the Fitness World.
People celebrate Fat Loss as if it is some challenging task.
( It’s a necessity and clean up work)
It’s cheered for because it is the most sought after thing in today’s world where almost everyone is overweight or skinny fat.
The standards are low because not being fat is the bare minimum your body can request you for.
What’s tougher( exponentially) is building muscle.
Hardly spoken about.
Under muscled people are taken for granted, bullied and their desire to gain weight is not taken seriously.
“You’re fine. You don’t need to worry”
You go to the gym, you don’t feel your muscles being worked because there’s hardly any Mass.
You are not used to eating high protein food and it is a struggle to build the appetite.
Recovery is Harder because the body doesn’t have the pounds of fat as energy reserve.
Very few make it from Skinny to Muscular. Rare percentage.
Most end up becoming skinny fat as they age.

Air France recently paid me ₹44,000 to shop.
On my recent flight from BKK to LHR via CDG, my checked bag didn’t make the tight CDG–LHR connection. It showed up the next day - about 18 hours later.
Under the Montreal Convention (Article 19), when an airline delays your baggage, it has to reimburse you for *essential* purchases, think basic clothing and toiletries.
The airline’s liability is capped at 1,519 Special Drawing Rights (SDR). SDRs are a “basket” of currencies, and as of March 2026, 1,519 SDR is roughly $2,060.
Because most of my clothes and toiletries were in that checked bag, I bought essentials - and Air France reimbursed me $463.54.
No back-and-forth. No arguing. Just the right claim, filed the right way, with the right paperwork.

Credit where it’s due: insurance is tough to get right - and even tougher to earn genuine high satisfaction ratings.
This is the second time I’ve filed a delayed baggage claim with @heydigit. Both times, they paid out $100 USD for luggage delays of up to 1 day, and processed it in under 48 hours - exactly as the policy says. No questions asked. No back-and-forth. Just the standard docs: passport, exit/entry stamps, tickets, and PIR. You just need to file it properly with the right documents. I’ll share a separate post on how to do it.
I’m on their Annual Multi-Trip Travel Insurance. I don’t recommend companies often, but for travel insurance, I can recommend Digit.

Good Morning to everyone discovering - Priority Lists.
This is not unique to Air India is a standard global practice, in case of things like downgrades, upgrades, oversold flights or standby flights. Airlines do have an internal priority list based on which such requests are processed and yes award bookings are a lower priority than revenue bookings, but there are several other factors that come into play such as FF Status, Fare Class, etc.
Example: I was downgraded from First to Business on BOM - LHR, because of an INOP seat (which wasn't the seat I selected), but since there was a paying revenue pax on First who had to be accommodated, I was bumped to Business. Fairly standard. Nothing personal.
However, you are entitled to compensation under the DGCA CAR Section 3, Series M, Part IV.
In this case, since an alternative flight was provided within 24 hours, the compensation would be 200% of the one-way fare plus fuel charges, capped at a maximum of ₹10,000.
🚨This is worrysome to the next level.
Air India Denied boarding to a passenger because it was a Points Booking? 😡🤬
Hey @airindia kindly share your policy on this so that we don’t book our important travel tickets with you with points.

Replying to @ProfessorCardz @airindia
File a formal complaint with DGCA.
If the alternate flight being offered is within 24 hrs but not within 1 hr. Airline will pay 200% basic fare + fuel charges upto Rs. 10,000/-.
If you refuse alternate they must pay you full refund + 400% compensation+ fuel charges (max Rs20000)

9) Sugar raises them faster than dietary fat
Eating butter or olive oil takes hours to digest and enter your blood. Drinking a sugary soda hits your liver instantly, prompting it to churn out fresh triglycerides in minutes.
10)Liquid fructose is their favourite fuel
Your muscles can easily burn table sugar (glucose), but only your liver can process fructose (found in sodas, syrups, and juice). An overload of fructose turns directly into liver fat.
