Our success rate is 100% for clients who show up and commit strictly to the process.
I can say that confidently because of the sheer rigor of our workflows. We spent years refining the system and stripping out the industry BS.
Client messages from the last couple of weeks. None of them asked for.
We’ve helped people navigate complex conditions like type 1, 2 & 3 diabetes, IBS, CKD, eczema, pancreatitis, PCOS, endometriosis, post-kidney transplant recovery, post-oncology recovery, pregnancy & postpartum… and the list goes on.
No fluff, no unnecessary supplements, no dismissing clinical medicine.
Just foundational, evidence-based science applied to human physiology. A performance and function first protocol that works alongside your medical treatment.
We make capable, strong humans. Inside out.
A loose setup can ruin the press. We mapped Ayush's mechanics and caught the exact frame his shoulders lift off the bench because his blades aren't locked.

Health and fitness twitter has completely gone to shit. Every time I post, it’s just bot replies. The vibe of actual discussion is just dead! It honestly kills the urge to even post here.
Now I pour all my energy into creating for freegym.ai. We’re still in our early days, but the engagement is 100% real. Actual humans reading, listening, and discussing the science without those annoying bots.

Dumbbell Bench Press analysis by our computer vision model at @FreeGymAI
You can get this analysis for free by a posting a video on our platform.
The breakdown.
Your dumbbells travel the same path on every rep.
They come down to the middle of your chest and finish over your upper chest.
That’s a good, steady groove.
The main thing is setting up before you press.
Right now your feet are up on the bench’s base, so there’s no floor to push from.
Your shoulder blades aren’t set either, and your shoulder lifts off the bench at the top of every rep.
Once you lie back, before the first rep:
1. Put your feet flat on the floor and push them into it. This tightens your whole body.
2. Squeeze your shoulder blades together.
3. Slide them down, away from your ears, and let your chest come up into a slight arch.
Then press, and keep all three on every rep.
Your shoulders should stay pinned to the bench, even at the top.
With your feet on the floor you have something to push against, and the whole body stays tight.
Pinned shoulder blades give your chest a solid base to press from, and the slight arch keeps them locked in place.
Without them, your shoulders roll forward and take the load instead of your chest.

People are using the coolest feature on freegym and getting their form checked.
Front squat form of Ayush.
Positives:
1. Full depth squat.
2. Heels don’t leave the floor
3. Chest and hips rise together
4. Steady tempo. Not too fast not too slow
5. Elbows are high.
Another front angle video could complete the analysis.
If you want your squat form analysed simply post front and side angle video on

Hip thrust detailed breakdown from our computer vision model at @FreeGymAI
You can get access to by simply posting your video on FreeGym.
The breakdown
Your lowering is already where it should be: slow and controlled, close to 3 seconds every rep. Your shins sit nearly vertical at the top, which keeps the work in your hips.
But stop at flat. At the top of every rep your hips keep rising past a straight line from your shoulders to your knees, well past it. That extra height doesn’t come from your glutes; it comes from your lower back arching.
At the top of each rep:
1. Drive up until your shoulders, hips and knees make one straight line, then stop pushing higher.
2. Tuck your tailbone under (posterior pelvic tilt): tilt your pelvis back, ribs down.
3. Squeeze your glutes hard for 2 seconds.
4. Then lower the way you already do, slow and controlled.
Your glutes do their real work at the top, and only when the pelvis is tucked.
Arching past flat hands that work to your lower back and loads it every rep.
The tuck and the 2-second squeeze are the part of the rep that actually builds your glutes.

Jayesh dropped his squat video for a form check on freegym.ai. You can too. His hips rise first out of the bottom before his chest does, so his chest tips forward and stays down while his legs straighten.
The fix: as he drives up, he needs to push his upper back up into the bar as hard as he pushes the floor away. His chest and hips should leave the bottom together, and his back angle should stay the same until he is out of the hole.
