what's really surprising me is that most of the problems needed for fluid robotics (robotics made of fluids and/or for controlling fluids) already exist! in literature and also in many industrial designs! renewable self-assembling structural matrices!

it sounds like you can't totally get rid of solid matter, but solid matter doesn't need to behave like a static rigid structure; there are various evocative hints suggesting that granular, woven, and continuously-moving or continuously-transforming solids can satisfy many needs

i am asking fable to design a 'wet reactor' ( a fusion reactor where all of the structural mass possible is liquid instead of solid )

"reawakening the being question" yep this sounds like heiddi. for what it's wroth the commentary on time is pretty relatable in direct ways to low level and asynchronous programming; philosophy that's about time cannot help but also be about timing-problems

once you've bagged a 1.5k dollar connectx-6, and a 1.5k dollar pcie-mcio switch, you can then get four rtx 5060ti accelerators for twice a spark (each!) or exactly one rtx 5090 in bandwidth and 64gb ram (2x a 5090!). probably ~4k usd?

you're in luck! you can sorta just buy a connectx card, make a pcie router join 4x gaming gpus together.

you aren't allowed to port apple apis to run faster on apple hardware than stupid chud apple SWEs can write. why? *safety classifiers*. obviously this is firing on accessibility software too; making accessibility software less bad is *evil hacker claude* behavior. of course.

let it be said that i am a 1000x engineer (compared to apple swe)

this thread is a joke but you have to know a lot about gradient methods to get what it's saying

nobody has tried giving people a preemptive waiver to ignore all local or state laws in exchange for posting a large enough amount of money with a court and having a judge preemptively assigned to the case or whatever then adjudicate all issues after the fact

yes, i'm telling them to get fucked, and, weirdly, the more i'm learning about corporate finance and insurance, the more confident i become in this direction of thought. "we know you lying..." is a fair response to, uh, this lol:

you're ten years too early to philosophize me: i've already moved on from bayesian optimization in concurrent work sharing to husserlian optimization in concurrent work sharing

it's easy to make code an order of magnitude faster than the upstream if you care about realtime and the upstream has never heard of realtime.

a funny little aside for those with 'knowledge of ball': 'sierra club environmentalists' are causally responsible for exurban flight and sprawl, the lateral spread of development, and many if not most forms of suppression of clean power in the developed world!
